Asscher Cut Diamonds
 
Is any one on here familiar with asscher cut diamonds?? Does any one have one?? :)

I love Asscher cut diamonds, but don't have one. I also love Cushion cuts. Also at the top, and this is what I have, is Emerald cut - I love the flat/glassy simple lines of the more square/rectangle cuts for some reason. I have pave diamonds set around the center stone and on the band as well - which sets off the Emerald cut really well. Are you shoppin' for a little present? :p

I have a cushion :D

My BFF has the asscher, and while it is stunning, it doesn't have the "sparkle" that other cuts have. She does like but isn't absolutely crazy gaga over it :rolleyes: But I guess it all depends on the setting too. Hers is just in a plain platnum lucdia type setting.

I totally love Asscher cuts diamonds. Since DH and I eloped, we had to find rings in like 2 days. I like my current wedding ring, but it is just not me. It is a white gold band with 4 diamonds. Well, Hubby bought me a new setting.... white gold, vintage/art deco style. I adore it. I have always loved asscher cut diamonds because they are a perfect mix of vintage and modern (aka, me and DH). Well, we haven't been able to go drop thousands on a new diamond just yet, but I noticed diamond prices were down. I want about a 1.5-2 Carat, and like warm color stones, so I am finding some great deals. I just wanted to see if Asschers made anyone else drool like they do me! :)

I used to visit here when I was trying to find out what I liked, it's DROOL-worthy (esp. "Show Me The Ring section): Diamond Jewelry Forums - Compare Diamond Prices, Discussion & Diamond Information

They also have a search function for buying diamonds and you can get very, very specific. :)

I have been on this forum as well!!!!!! Some of these girls rings are AMAZING! Like will blow you away!

I am dying for my ring to be finished, but I just need to find a reasonable deal.

I KNOW :p! Like, my left bicep would be HUGE if I had some of those rings!
