My bf does Jack Sparrow. Let me tell you, that costume is soooo hard if you want to do it right. It's more about all his accessories rather than the clothes. I will attach his pic of his Jack. All the accessories really add up, esp things that you can't make, like the metal buckles and stuff. This was a very expensive costume. :( It's really a hard costume to do without looking cheesy.
Wow! OMG! Did I say WOW! you guys are really something special! What talent! I am speachless. My son would LOVE to look like that. I know the Disney Store doesn't have anything that great but I figured a costume like that would be really expensive. Very nice! I just love it.:)

O.K. I have seen all these they were all great. I did like the Astronaut's Wife so sexy when he makes love to her in a public place. I just love the idea of getting caught! The Libertine wasn't that where he gets a disease at the end of the movie and slowly dies. I think it was something like a Cassanova type movie they were just showing what can happen from all the sleeping around. If this is the description of the movie. Just not the 9th gate doesn't sound too familiar. Wasn't he in Platoon?

:thankyou2 thank you thank you! Yes i worked long and hard on those.

I know at the disney store or even on ebay they have a decent licensed costume, BUT it was for toddlers, and I think you said your son is 15? The adult licensed Jack costumes are cheeeeeezy! If he wants something halfway decent, your looking at a few hundred bucks. :eek: I don't even want to say how much we spent on his costume for all the things i couldn't make. Oh I might add, this was back at the height of Dead man's chest, so I'm sure we were ripped off on some of these prices.

Well we will have to look for something. I will have to buy a start up type costume and then add all the extras. Maybe when I find one I will have to ask your advise for the extras. He also said he would like to wear it to Disney World one of these years. My hubby said if he does he will wear one too. LOL!

OMG they took the AIW trailer off..bummer. Oh and totally forgot about 21 Jumpstreet..ahh that's when I fell in love.:rolleyes:

Oh and I'm a Dark Shadows fan and OMG he is going to play Barnabus Collins..how cool is that.:D

Tomorrow we are for sure going to see Public Enemies.:thumbup:

Oh he crashed Comic Con..wow...can you imagine seeing him there..very cool.

Yea, Libertine, that's the one. I thought it was booooooring! And i didn't like his hair. :p

He was in Platton, very small part.
