You are so gorgeous...I love your new hair style. My daughter suffers from Alopecia, well she has'nt lost any hair in about 8 years knock on wood, but one night I put her to bed and the next morining half of her hair was gone and both eyebrows. I found it laying nicely on her pillow. The hair fell out of the folical. Her scalp was as smooth as a behind. Im really happy that you did this because they make wigs for alopecia and cancer patients. Thank you so much, I know it was hard but you will put a smile on someones face...YOU ROCK...

I wish I could do something nice for others and wind up with a great haircut to boot! You look beautiful and that's such a thoughtful thing to do, you are making someone very happy. Layla is so pretty too, and I'll bet very proud of her mommy.

Thanks Nancy- she was very concerned the whole time :p she was very happy when it was done and she could be back in my arms!

I love your hair and I can see it's so healthy. Your a very pretty girl. I'm a hairstylist and I can tell you must use really good products for it to look that good. Not trying to be nosey but since you were donating your hair was the cut free? I was just curious. This makes me want to cut mine. I've been thinking about it alot lately and fresh cut hair always feels so nice after having long hair for quite awhile.

lol i just use Panteen Pro V Beautiful Lengths.

NO it was not free- i REALLY thought it might be- or at least like half off- I think stylists should TOTALLY do this to encourage people to donate- oh well- glad i did it anyways!

I would think stylists would want to encourage people to donate their hair too, but I tried to do this about 3 years ago and the girl was like they won't take your hair - it's highlighted. I am a natural blonde with thick hair, and I get highlights occasionally - my hair is the furthest thing from damaged. I was a bit upset she didn't cut it in the ponytail, so I could try and donate it. I was so timid, and I should have spoken up and tried anyways. :(
