Guess not!!! I'll keep trying. |
The way I do it is in iphoto. I select the picture(s) that I want to post by clicking once on them if I want to select more than hold down the command key while clicking. Then I go to FILE>EXPORT (up at the top of your screen) then a little window will pop up and in the drop down menu where it says SIZE, I click custom and I usually type in 640 then click EXPORT you will need to choose where you want to save them. I made a folder called YT photos. It is very easy to do. I hope this helps! |
Yep, that's the way I resize my pix - by exporting them and then you can resize them to any size you want! |
I just click on the pic in Iphoto and at the lower screen I hit Edit...and it takes me to my Photoshop program and opens the pic there. |
I export mine from iPhoto to the desktop, then just delete them when I'm done, since iPhoto saves the original in the library. I choose size: medium or large, quality: low. This usually makes it small enough for YT. If you bought it new you should be able to sign up for free classes at the Apple Store. :D |
Thanks!!!! I too have been looking for the answer to this. Im going to try it. Warning..... if i figure it out, i will be posting many many pics LOL!!!! |
I just use an internet program to do it. I go here: Resize Images online Then click resize at the left of the screen. Then go down and click browse and select your pic. Then choose 600 pixels and "better." Then Resize. Then "Download..." when it is done resizing. Then I upload to YT. This is for the pics that I post in threads...not avatars. |
