Ok so yesterday I decided to go downtown and read a book with Coco bear at the coffee shop. All was going good, even had a nice conversation with this cute guy. So I keep hearing my phone ring and I figured it was my guy friend trying to annoy me. NOPE! It was my roomate practically crying on the phone saying "YOU GOTTA COME HOME NOW! I got stung by a bee and I don't know if I'm allergic and I can't get the stinger out. Please come home." So I speed home thinking if I get pulled over he will have to escort me to my emergency. I get home and she's laying on her belly in her undies..so i think nothing of it. The minute she sees me she starts laughing her butt off with tears in her eyes. I said ok, where the bee sting. She looks at me with her runny blue eyes and says "don't laugh...but it stung my IN my butt"...so I'm thinking it's like at the top of her cheek...OH NO, It is wayyyyyy down low....So both of us are laughing so hard, looking for tweezers, while her left cheek is getting swollen..she's laughing so hard, she's snorting at this point. So I brave it and use the tweezers to pull the stinger out of her rear...she had ice on it and coco kept trying to lick the ice. It was soooo funny..But I definetely had a payback set up for her. She hates scary movies, so I made her watch Ring two with me, since I had to have my face WAYYYYYY more closer than I wanted to. Just had to share this funny story. Her mom was laughing saying "Nobella must be a good roomate for dropping a cute guy only to come home and pull a stinger out of your a**."

WOW, that is a good roommate! She must have been thankful to you!
How long was her butt swelled up? Ya know, people pay big money for that these days! lol

HAHAHA It was swollen until this morning..she was better...I told her that if the stinger is too small I may have to put body wax on it and wax her a** to get the stinger out..hahahahahaha

One time my girlfriend had on a new swimsuit fell asleep on the beach and REALLY sunburned her buns! She ended up having to go to the emergency room and having her butt peeled and cleaned while bent over a hospital bed.

While he was working on her, the ER doctor asked her out!!! She was moritfied!! :embarasse

It was years ago, but we still laugh about it!!

Thats a good idea! I would never thought of that, I would have been diggin' and diggin" with the tweezers, till she couldn't stand it...

OMG I was laughing so hard that my honey came in here to see what was so funny....He started cracking up too! Then he says you and your Yorkie Talk, I thought it was supposed to be about yorkies...I said it is did you not read the part about CoCo helping out with the ice lmao :D

So she said that she was wearing long jeans and she was wearing boy short underneath. She got out of the car to walk to our apartment and all of a sudden she felt a tickle on her rear and then some horrrrrible pain. It got so bad in that 5 seconds that she couldn't even walk. One of our neighbors helped her back. We're assuing , since she wasn't doing anything naughty in field of bees, that a bee must have gotten either up her pant leg, or down her pants from the back, where sometimes there is any opening. But how it got INSIDE her underwear is beyond me and the fact that she got lucky that is didn't keep going further down to sting her in her privates is amazing. :eyetearss :eyetearss :eyetearss Now had she been stung there, I'm not so sure I would be as good of a roomate..haha..so since she owed me, she not only made me a drink to rid my mind of her butt, but she watched Ring two with me. :thumbup:

We were still laughing about it this morning, while both of us were still sleepy..haha...I bet Coco was laughing at us too because she just sat there with her head cocked to the side as we're laughing and trying to get a stinger out of a butt.

You really are a good friend. That was very nice of you. I got stung a month ago and to tell you the truth it still hurts. My kids were cracking up as I was crying like a four year old :eek:

if you rub a index or credit card over the stung area.... the stinger will usually be removed....... you dont want to use tweezers because the "venom" is located in a little "sack" and the end of the stinger (originally inside the bees body, but when it stings the whole thing comes out) and if you try with tweezers you will be squezing all the extra venom that is still in the sack into the skin and irritating the area more

What a shame you didn't get pulled over. You could have told the cop it was an emergency. Can you just see your room mate if you had walked in with a cop in tow? Of course they are trained professionals and he would have removed it without laughing, too much. (while in your apt.) Poor thing!

No I got so scared about something happening to her I barely said bye :(
