So much for a vacation
 
I was on vacation this week and it's been nothing but problems.
Ever get a week like that?
It's been raining all week, except for yesterday when I got called back
to work due to an emergency for the other worker in my office.
Today I told work I can't come in because I'm having new sliding doors installed.
I live on the second floor and they can't get them up the steps!
Meanwhile the old door is out and it's raining cat's and dog's again or
still I should say and poor Bud and I are cold.
The work'ers left to go to breakfast while reinforcements come from
another job to host this dumb door up and over my deck!
Tomorrow I go back to work because the worker has to stay out again.
It's been raining for weeks with nothing but rain in the forecast right
into next week!
So much for vacation this time. I hope they get the door in because they
destroyed the old one taking it out:(
I guess I'm just feeling annoyed and needed to vent.

I'm sorry about your vacation. Actually it doesn't sound like much of a vacation when you keep having to go back into work! Isn't this rain awful? I can't stand many more dark and gloomy days.

Aww sorry for your bad vacation! That always stinks! On my honeymoon it was rainy and foggy and yucky all week long. It really stinks that you have to go back early. Next time, unplug your phone! ;)

I feel your pain, I am from NY also .
This rain is just crazy, I' mean I'm getting depresses by it :(
All it has been doing is raining?? It's supposed to do this in April, not May and June/
Hope tomorrow is a better day for you :D

Well at least Bud's having fun running in and out the wall where there
should be a door onto the deck. He's having a ball.
Hope they get here soon.

Sorry your week isn't going as well as you were hoping......... but soon you will have a lovely new sliding door!!! ........ and hopefully you'll get back the vacation days that you went into work.

Aww carol that sucks. This weather is miserable and it stinks that your vacation is ruined. Get a good batch of movies, order in some chinese and stay in bed with Buddy.

It sure is a "Kind of day to stay in Bed" day but I can't. There are
three good looking guys in my living room trying to figure out how to get the damn door in!:p

Well get some popcorn and you can sit and watch the cuties...lol. Sounds like a good way to pass the time.

LOL yep they are real cuties!
Like the popcorn idea but Buddy can't eat popcorn.
He's having more fun barking at them from time to time.


Oh it's getting better.
My daughter just called and asked me to babysit my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter
this afternoon. I'm going to need a vacation from this vacation. LOL
sure bring her over what the heck nothing better to do.
Buddy will love it.

Well you should be exhausted by the end of your vacation. You will definitely need another.
