Rest in Peace my dear Grandpa. I am super sad you couldn't wait for us. We planned to come visit you in October. However, you couldn't wait for us. Your time has come. You are the greatest grandfather. I love you. My dad loves you. He really wanted to see you for the last time but the bastards said they can't wait for him to come. I feel so sad and empty inside. I know I should be happy for you b/c you won't be suffering anymore. You are in a better place with grandma. HOwever, we didn't get to say our good byes to you and see you for the last time. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::cry8::cry 8::cry8:

I am sorry to hear your Grandpa passed and you weren't able to say your goodbyes. He knows you loved him and is resting in peace now.

I'm so sorry you have to go through this, but I think sometimes our loved ones want to die without us watching. Both of my mom and dad died like that. I stayed with them night and day in the hospital, and when I finally had to go home for an hour they both just slipped away. Take comfort that he's in a better place, and it's never to late to say goodbye.

thanks again everyone. My grandpa lives across the world. He lives in Thailand. We were planning to go visit him in september. However he passed away before our trip. :(:( We haven't seen him for a couple of years now. So I guess now we will never get to see him. It is harder on my dad. My dad didn't even get to say good bye to his daddy or see him for the last time. Next time we all see him, it will just be a pile of dirt. :(:(:(:( My dad was going to fly out right away but of course by the time he gets there...my grandfather will already be buried. So he decided not to go since none of us can be there with him for emotional support. :(:(

Oh how sad, I am so sorry for your loss. Its so hard when we live so far from our closest family. I pray your dad can find his closure and comfort with your family's support in time.
