What a great idea....I've been wanting a new tattoo (I have 2, ankle & lower back) on my foot but couldn't decide what to get. Maybe I'll do Charlottes paw prints. Hmmm I'll certainly consider it now and start thinking what to have along with the print. I wanted my kids names but I have 3 kids and only 2 feet! LOL |

You know what's really funny...I read this thread and then scrolled to the top of the page. The running ad banner that happened to be at the top was a 'quiz' type thing that said, "What type of tattoo should you get?" I think maybe it's a sign...for some of you, not me. ;) |
1 Attachment(s) I may take that challenge, I have a tattoo already on my lower back on my pants line on the right side of a tribal hummingbird, memorial tattoo for my late Grandpa. I'm getting the words "If you never jump you'll never know if you can fly" around it, for my late Grandma (she always believed in me). so maybe when I do that one i'll get my baby Bandit's paw print somewhere too!! That would be so awesome!! |

Ok i couldnt resist! 2 Attachment(s) now i dont have any yorkie tattoos yet....but i have a feeling it will happen sooner or later. I dont get too many chances to show off my tattoos. This one of my tummy was my first tattoo( i got when i was 18)...it started off with just one little star...then i got the other 2 add a couple of months later...then on my color was add just alittle bit later after that. And then a touch up....so for this one....i was in the tattoo chair 4 times to get it completed. This one was done in Hickory NC The last one...I got 4 months after my daughter was born...This one is my favorite by far. Its my daughters name...and the other person beside me is my husband...he got his about 6 months after mine. These were done at B52 Tattoo in Brooklyn, NY. |
it really depends on where you get one, I have my lower back done, that was probally a 8 when you get to the spine area!! I have my hip that was probally a 2 except when the needles were near my hip bone!! I have another on my ankle and it didnt hurt that much at all!! |

i used childrens non toxic black ink. First i shaved all the hair out of her pad, then dunked her foot in ink, then pressed it on paper a few times. I took that to the tattoo artist and he composed a paw from the few ink paws. Took 15 minutes to tattoo, hurt more then the one on my back shoulder but it was worth it. |
I went last night and made my appointment...next Thursday June 18th. I inked their paws after their haircut and that's what I'll be getting. I'm going to do one of their paws and their names small and cute under their paw. I'm so excited :D Now, I need some help  On my left outside ankle I have an angel with "Nanny" under it (in memory of my grandmother) I was originally thinking of doing the girls paws on the inside of that ankle. My hubby thinks that I should do on my right ankle on the outside. So should I do it in on the right ankle outside, right ankle inside or left ankle inside?? Has anyone else accepted the challenge :p |
I love all of these paw tattoos, they're adorable!!!! :D |
