YorkieTalk on Twitter? All- I was setting up a Twitter account for Sophie Kate today and I found a Twitter account called "YorkieTalk". Does anyone know if this is the same YorkieTalk? I hope so, it would be fun to be a follower on Twitter also. Thank you, Cheryl |

Cool!!! I am going to follow Admin also with my account and Sophie Kates account. Sophie Kates account name is "SophieTheYorkie". There are a few Yorkies on Twitter, cute one named Matts Yorkie. Yes Admin get "Tweeting" please. I should look for Yorkie Talk on Facebook too, Sophie Kate has a Dogbook page. |

Twitter is actually pretty easy to set up but today their server is VERY slow. It is a lot of fun, everyday there seems to be more and more people, places and events on Twitter. It's a lot like the Facebook status, people type in what they are doing, thinking or, what is going on around them. Being in Marketing I enjoy exploring new medias of communication and I have been told Twitter is the next big "thing" in reaching your target market. Give it a try, but be warned you could be addicted. |
Quicksilver - Twitter is super easy to set up - just takes a few minutes. And after that - you tweet to your heart's content - just send out little thoughts/updates/whatever in 140 characters or less. It can be liberating -- like, I just tweeted about my hair and now I feel better. :p |
Two weeks ago I sent a Tweet about why I thought it was a good idea to give up sugar for Lent and than order 4 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. Yes it is a lot of fun. Ashton Kutcher and Demi have Twitter accounts also and they use them a lot (almost to much information at times). Ashton just issued a challenge to CNN, he wants to get more followers and if he does he is going to Punk Ted Turner. |

I am soooo computer challenged lol. I can barely handle this site. I just learned how to send e-mail but only if it is being sent to a yahoo account. I don't know how to send it to another account. My kids just laugh at me. Yeah real funny! And to think my dh is a computer programer. haha He is the one not me. I just say hun send an e-mail to so and so and it gets done. I ashamed of myself now. Technology gotta love it. My kids even laugh at me because when they see me texting the say wow mom you are getting fast at that. Like I'm an idiot. haha. Now twitter ((scream)) ,I don't know. I guess my kids or my dh will show me how. I'm scared!! |
jmdt, if you can post on YorkieTalk you can Twitter. Have your husband set up an account for you, that is the hardest part (and it is very easy) once you have account you can send Tweets (that is what a Twitter message is called, a Tweet). |
I'm not sure I'm ready to follow this trend...of twittering...at least not yet. But i will at Yorkie Talk to Myspace :D |
I made a Twitter account forever ago when it wasn't all hyped up. I used it for like a day or two and that was that. Now, it's EVERYWHERE, ahh! I'm thinking I should start it up again but then again it just seems crazy. |
