I've got to admire the penalty for that:

Penalty is the same in the UK as well... I think it should be slightly more though, the fine and the ban ontop of a 6month prison serve. :mad:

I'm always so surprised how easy the sentences are here, usually probation if found guilty.

That is disgusting. Someone wanted that dog to suffer. :mad: :mad: :mad: I can't even imagine. That poor baby.

I am so glad to see that there is actually a punishment over there! No laughable 'probation' or 'community service hours.'

My heart is breaking right now:cry::cry::cry::cry:How can someone do that , that poor little baby. I can't imagine what he went through, I feel awful after seeing that. People will get what is coming to them when they hurt animals or children, I firmly believe that.

This poor baby, this is just devastating to think about.

I think your anti-cruelty laws might be better than over here - but really, there is NOT enough punishment in the world for the monster who did this.

It seems like you have to either kill someone, embezzle money, commit a "hate crime", or commit fraud to get any real jailtime here. My husbands ex step dad molested my husbands little sister and got a 30 day sentence, served weekends only, and bargained to not be listed as a sex offender. :mad: I bet if he would have called her a racial slur or commented on her sexuality that would have gotten him hard time though :rolleyes:
Most definitely the judicial system is in need of an overhaul. I would not like to see that done under the current administration though.

OMG thats horrible. What kind of sick person would do something like that! I hope they find whoever did that to that poor baby.
