For those with arthritis... How do you deal with the pain? I'm in really bad pain with my knee and usually I can get some icy hot on there and take some aleve and I'm alright(ish), but nothing is helping tonight... it's just getting worse! |
I have both Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis and rarely have flir-ups since a Pharmacist told me there was a study done and it's thought to be caused from a lack of B vitamins + iron. That was 30 years ago, so guess that was squelched too so we continue to stay sick and on drugs to make even more money for you know who. Anyway, take the stress tabs + iron, evening primrose and after you try these for just one week, let me know how you doing. There are more things you can try as well. |
I don't actually have much in the way of arthritis (but can expect to in the near future), but I do live with chronic pain as a result of an injury. I use a tens unit and have a small supply of "good pain meds" that are reserved for really bad days. The tens unit works wonders, but I have developed an allergy to the electrodes -- gee whiz I need to call the company and see if they have some hypoallergic ones. |
I have the beginnings of it in my wrists and knees. I just take asprin for it for now |
I've been taking Apple Cider Vinegar for just about everything. Apple Cider Vinegar Usage And Dosage - Alternative Medicine It helps with a ton of stuff not listed there too. Supposed to be awesome for psoriasis as well as kidney and gall stones. |
