Sorry I've been MIA
 

Hey everyone! It's been a wild start to a new year! My hubby got laid off for 2 weeks, but he's back at work now. I'm so glad too! Having him home every day for last 2 weeks almost drove me insane! He's been underfoot the whole time too. I thought Tawny was bad when I'm cooking dinner. Now I know who she learned it from! LOL! With him being home and me working to get Karin' 4 Kritters up and going, I've definitely had my hands full.

I also wanted to let ya'll know where we were on getting Karin' 4 Kritters (the animal rescue I told ya'll about in Decemeber) started. Hopefully by the end of Feb. we will be a non-profit organization. Once we get that, the city will work with us then. They did however extend the time for animals before they have them euthanized, so we'd be able to find them a home or a foster home. So far we've done just that before their time is up.

There is alot more to be done, but so far we've overcame the hurdles that was threw up at us. But I just wanted to stop in say hi and to let ya'll know that I'm still around just been really busy as of late. I'll try to get back here more often. Thanks for letting me bend your ear for a little bit. I hope ya'll had a great new year!

You sure have had alot going on for a new year. Good that hubby was able to go back to work. Good to see you again, thanks for checking in with us. Keep us updated on the rescue. Happy Valentine's.

Glad to see you post. Hope your hubby has more job security now. I know first hand how difficult this can be. So exciting to hear about the rescue :)
