I actually eat much healthier much easier since giving up meat (I do still eat seafood). You can google "free vegetarian starter kit" and lots will come up and they're great starting points. I've gotten them from peta and hsus and both are really good but there are a lot of others out there.
It's hasn't even been 2 years since I gave up meat so I still remember how it felt at first (hard and complicated:p) but it really isn't at all once you readjust your basic cooking thoughts. It was one of the best changes I've ever made for myself. If I can help you in any way just let me know.:) |
