recived my $1,500 today
 
my dad was killed in a car accident last year and we got a wrongfull death suite going ,his car insurance sent a check to the Estate lawyer for $10,000 me and my sister had been paying on his funeral they said when we get the check from them we will get reinbursed well i got it today what do you think should i get another yorkie my husband said to buy what ever i wanted still not sure should i buy yorkie or pay bills,what do you all think.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. Follow your heart with the money and buy whatever you want.

great idea thanks been looking called my breeder but no pups until october (charles was his name) so if i get a boy name it charlie or a girl charlie

You could take a small amount and do something like scholarship or donation to some organization in honor of your dad.

Aww, Im really sorry to hear about your Dad.. That must have been such a difficult time..
I love the idea of getting a Sweet little Yorkie and naming him Charlie.. That is a wonderful tribute and memory of your Dad.. :) :)

yes, definetly would get a yorkie and name him or her after your dad. that would be so sweet. my dog is named after my mom (marie) and dad(ray).
her name is lexi (marae)...mom and dad are still with me, thank god..
im so sorry about your dad, i would keep his name going

I'm sorry to hear about your dad as well. And all the hastle and heartache you had to go through to get to this point. I'm always for getting another yorkie. But if it were me, I'd take a few days and think about how my dad would want me to use the money. I love my dad. He's awesome. He'd probably say, "Get another yorkie!"

I would probably get another yorkie as well. Especially since you husband dosen't really seem to care what you do with the money. So sorry to hear about your dad. My dad died las year as well. He died of emphyzema(?) though it was awful to watch him the last week.

Sorry didn't mean to ramble. Good Luck in your quest whether it be for a yorkie or something else.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. I think it would be such a wonderful way to honor and remember him if you named a new furbaby after him...

First of all I would have to say I am sorry to hear about your Dad...but I would follow your heart and do what you are lead to do...but if your dad is like mine...he would tell me to do what makes me happy...which means get another YORKIE!!
