They have too much snow on their roof to be safe. They figure it's going to take 3 days to get the snow off. Meanwhile, it's snowing again with high winds by morn, so yet another blizzard. This winter is getting a bit too much. My hubby shoveled the snow off our roof yesterday and today, and my grandson came down and helped him finish up. Here they are up on the roof...

Wow Connie! Looks like you got a ton of snow! We're supposed to get your blizzard conditions tomorrow :( I hope not all the snow too!! Stay inside-safe and warm!

awww Connie, I feel for you! We are sick of snow here in New England also. Its only mid-jan and we have had our fair share as well. :( Its not melting at all, so just piling up at this point. BF thinks he's going to have to get on his roof this weekend to shovel it off since nothing will melt this week with temps only in the single digits to teens all week. :(
aaahhh April can't come quick enough!

Oh I feel for you. We are having the worst winter too but not as bad as you. We are getting more snow tonight and then bitter cold, blizzard conditions. And of course my dtr has to go downtown tomorrow for a training class for her work. I will have to get up at 4 am to snowblow and then drive her to the train station. I was planning on going with her and hang out downtown but I don't think so. Stay warm and safe Connie!!!

WOW! You have that much snow AND you still have electricity :eek: In SC if we had that much snow the whole state would be disabled!

OMG Connie! Boy do I feel guilty complaining about 7-8 inches we have gotten
over the last week. I feel for you, really I do. That looks horrid. The older
I get the more I dislike snow. Thank heavens you have electricity. Do you
have a generator just in case? Be safe and of course stay WARM.

Ditto. Lived in Chicago for 6 yrs and got "Florida-ized" quickly. Seems we complain when it gets down in the 30s.

Connie, that's what we looked like around Christmas, then we lost it all in 2 days, it was gone by New Years. Stay warm and toasty. We're supposed to get it starting tonight, the temp's dropping and the winds are starting. Back into the snowglobe for us. Take care, hugs.

compared to that, we r getting a touch of it tonight 2-3 inches-I showed my kids your pic and they got a kick out of it...One of my boys said "ol man we could jump off the roof and not get hurt" lol ... be safe!(I just love seeing all the pic of different places in different states)
