I use the body butter from Bath and Body Works. |
I use baby oil or coca butter. |
Delasco: Aquaphilic® Ointment This cream is unbeatable. Get the one that has 20% carbamide. Rub yourself down before bed and wear the "cotton" leggings. DELUXE COTTON LEGGINGS You have to go to these extremes if you have terribly dry skin like yours, and this method works perfectly. During the day, rub the cream on your body, but wear long sleeve cotton shirts and leggings under your clothes. |

Ok don't laugh and I forget where I got it from but Budros Butt Cream works wonderfull. I used to wake up with welts on my legs from scratching them in the middle of the night.....they were so dry, not any more. I think it might have been on the Oprah show that I heard about it. |
I used OLAY Body Corps Quench Therapy Body Lotion (extreme dry 2-in-1 system)--you know, their newish line--that purple bottle. Within 2 weeks, my super itchy (was nearly tearing my own skin off from scratching) legs and the dry patch on my shoulder that didn't seem to ever want to go away, all of that disappeared! Got my old smooth skin back! Then I kind of got lazy applying it so I did it every other day when I'd remember after a shower until eventually I stopped. So I only use it now when I start drying up again. After I shared some with my sister, she's been hooked! Before that, friends recommended Kiehl and other products, but none of them worked for me at all. OLAY is available everywhere and it's pretty inexpensive too, especially when you catch it on sale! It also doesn't really leave a scent so that's a plus depending on personal preference. |
2 words: Body Butter. From the Body Shop. I like the Olive scent the best-it's all natural, no animal testing, and non-irritating. Or try Aveeno Oatmeal intensive moisturizer. I have a friend who is super sensitive and can only use their products for lotion, body wash, and shaving cream. |
