WoW anyone?
 
:coffee_n_ Does anyone on here play World of Warcraft? Have any boyfriends, spouses, children that play?

I got my BF the game for Christmas, and he loves it. So, I started playing, and I am actually really enjoying it. I don't like to talk to other players (yet), but I find it a lot of fun to follow quests and challenge yourself.

Both of my boys play. They are hooked, but I just haven't gotten into it yet. :) If you want to know their names for the game, etc... Just send me a pm.

Glad it arrived so quickly! I heard Chris say something about being up all night playing when we were there, lol. The BF stayed up til 5 am last night!! :eek:

I play!!! I've been playing WoW for over 3 years now! I used to be extremely addicted, playing for 5 hours a night on weekdays and even more on weekends. My hubby and I would play together. Some would argue that I was wasting my life and being anti-social, but on the contrary, WoW is a VERY social game. I have made some great friends through WoW and was even a groomswoman in a fellow gamers wedding! And the girl he was marrying was one he met on WoW! I still did well in school and had a healthy relationship with my husband. Now though, school is much more demanding so we don't play nearly as much. I probably play about 10 hrs a week.

You should start talking to people and join a guild! The social aspect is my favorite part! What server are you on? What faction/race/class? I'm currently playing on Blackwing Lair as a Horde Blood Elf Warlock. I also have a Gnome Mage on Ner'zhul. My warlock is 53 and my mage is 70. My good friend who's wedding I was in switched servers so my husband and I followed him and started over when the expansion came out. I'm dying to get to 70 so I can start experiencing the new content.

...ok, enough geek talk.

LOL, that's awesome! We should start a YT guild! Maybe I will start a character on your server. Currently I am an alliance Naaru hunter, haven't started a hoarde character yet. I am still quite a newbie. I bought the newest expansion pack along with the others for Christmas. The new stuff look AWESOME, but it will be a while before I am advanced enough to play with them! My BF is trying to get our other computer set up so we can play together as well. I figured if I can't beat him, join him!

I assume you PVP?

Yes, I'm on a PvP server. I've actually never been the greatest at it though. I used to raid regularly. I was more into that because it required 15, 25, or 40 (back in the day) people to work together in order to succeed. I loved the teamwork and social-ness of it. You and your boyfriend should definitely play together. It's much more fun that way =D

well now that you've gone and created a character there, hubby and our friends decided to go back to alliance and play our characters on Nerz'hul... I'm actually excited about this switch. If you ever make a character there, my name is Trixiee. Send me a mail!
