Clever wording for karaoke invitation
 
Hello creative YTers,

Any clever suggestions for wording an Evite for a karaoke (SingStar) Party? Last party, we already used the phrase "Unleash your inner Rock Star".

This is for a crowd in their 20s/30s.

So far I've just got "Kome on over for a kasual Karaoke party". It's got a K theme, but still not clever enough for my high standards!

Would love to hear your ideas.

Gosh, ... I'm wracking my brain and can't come up with anything. I did come up with a bad Vanilla Ice twist on an invite, but... it was bad. (Wasn't he lip synching his songs.... so thats kind of like Karaoke.) (See, I said my idea was bad). (plus no one in their 20's would remember him...). (ok, i'll shut up now).

Hmmm, I like that parallel to lip synching!...maybe a genius idea will pop into our heads overnight. :asleep: I'd better put a pen and paper on the nightstand!

Well.. ok, if it's not so bad...

It started off with "Ice Ice Baby.... "... join me for some lip synching fun... Karaoke style... See? It was bad. LOL!!!

Not really for sure about the wording or anything, but what if you make the invitations look like a concert ticket?? that would be kinda cool...or my husband said make it look like a back stage pass at a concert. just a couple of ideas :)

I like the idea of making the invitation look like a concert ticket.

You could make the invitations like a casting call for American Idol lol.

"You're invited to try out for the next (city) Idol competition", etc.
