I don't know that the grandparents had anything to do with it at the time, but I do believe they are covering for her. It's like they think they already lost their granddaughter, they don't want to lose their daughter too. I do think they know she did it though.
Didn't they say that other bones were found around the area too?
As far as the bag being a different color, I thought they said it was wrapped in duct tape, or at least part of it was, which would make at least part of it look gray.
What is bugging me now is that they said a cause of death couldn't be determined. I hope that they can still find her guilty. I just wish she would confess already so that all the doubters out there can see that she really did it. I mean, its so very obvious, sooooo obvious, yet there are those that just like to play devils advocate just to disagree.

They siad the guy called about plastic bag 3 times in August and office went out once but didn't find anthony...it looks like they are trying to find out if the office who went out or who ignored the first call was one of the offices that was involved with her in the past....it sounds like she dated a few..................

I agree. If it was MY grandmother, she would be on the phone the first second I was gone. The only thing I can think of though is if Casey told the grandmother the same thing she told the police: that Caylee was at "the babysitters" and the grandmother believed it for awhile... but after awhile wouldn't she get suspicious?

I wouldn't want to look in it either but I would not have waited another 2 months to contact the police again. Why wouldn't the police have gone with this guy and have him point out the bag if they were unable to find it themselves? This makes no sense to me at all.

Maybe he assumed the police would have checked it out and didn't go past there for another couple months.

When I used to work at the gas company - meter readers only read meters every other month. The other month it would have been estimated. Which makes sense here.

I just heard a report saying the utility worker called on August 11 to report "something suspicious, a bag in the area," witch a deputy responded but did not find anything in the area and was unable to locate the Utility worker, Roy Kronk. The next day Mr Kronk called the crime hotline, the information was passed on to the sherifs office criminal investigation division. On August 13, he called the serifs office a third time, He meat a deputy, but the authorities cleared they area as a place of interest in the search a short time latter. Mr. Kronk was back in the area in December when he found a bag and this time he picked it up and the little skull falls out:( So he calls that into authorities and NOW they are able search for the rest of this poor baby's body! :( Poor Caylee, her little body could of been found sooner if a search was more thorough with the first call, and maybe then her little bones would not have been scattered around like they are now:(

It's just so sad that this ever happened to the Little Angel to begin with, how any one could HURT and KILL a helpless child is beyond me!

This is soo sad!!:cry: I felt she was gone from day 1 and prayed I was wrong! I feel it in my heart that somehow the mother, GrandParents and the guy who called it in are all involved!! It is so sad to say that the results were in and that it was indeed Caylee Anthony.... Bless her heart now she is with God which will continue to lover her daily and she is away from this horrible mother who hurt her

I totally agree with all everyone has said, but I would like to hear about the phyc. they did on the mother. Mental illness is an awful thing to have, I'm not saying the mother does, but if it's true mental illness, that's almost as sad as this poor beautiful little girl losing her life. I have bi-polar 2 in my family and it's just not fun. I'm not saying the mother shouldn't be punished, and if she were mentally healthy, then give her the chair ! But for some with mental illness, they truly do not know what reality is and what their actions are. My daughter lost a year of her life due to this and I don't think I had ever been so scared in my life. She dosn't remember any of her out-bursts, throwing chairs at me, hitting me, biting, hospitalization. I use to pray to God to help me understand, I still don't, but I still pray every day to keep my daughter healthy. IT WORKS !!!!!!!! We found a brilliant dr. that said, "your daughter is not only mildly retarded, found that out at the age of 3, but she's also bi-polar 2". With the right meds and observations it can be controlled pretty good. I don't care about the why's now, I pray for answer's. My daughter is now 25 yrs old, and yes still lives at home. Some wonder why she's not in a group home? My home feels like a group home! lol....So maybe we just need to pray for the answers and pray for the family. :D
