"Most wanted" hos't son murder solved I just read on the news that finally the cold case of Adam Walsh, son of the popular tv show 'most wanted' case was solved Fla. police close books on '81 Walsh killing - Yahoo! News He has helped so many people, is about time that they got some close up:( |
What a sad story, I knew nothing about it:( I'm so glad that the killer has been identified and I hope it brings some relief to the boys family. |
Adam Walsh I remember this story. It was in July, 1981, a month after my oldest son was born. I remember thinking OMG! If anyone harmed my child, they wouldn't have to worry about the police. They would have to be afraid of me, because I would hunt them down and kill them myself. It was a tragic story, but thank God at least John Walsh and his wife stayed together and had three more children. Too many times you read about a couple that lose a child and can't go on staying together and finally divorce. They will never heal completely, but at least there is some closure. |
That is so bitter sweet for them. :( I saw them on the Today's Show this morning before I left for work. They said it's been like 26 years since Adam was murdered. I am glad they have some forclosure now. |
I remember well when that happened and how heartbroken I was for them ... and have been all these years! I cannot imagine how their lives have been ... the "not knowing" would have driven me insane. I felt so sorry for them, listening to them talk about closure. If it does make it easier for them, then I feel better ... it's just so sad knowing that our world has become so perverted and that someone could do something so horrible to that beatiful child. |
oh i just saw a bit of this case on tv with walsh talking about it... im glad the family got closure |
It really is horrible. I am glad that they are finally able to get the closure they need. I hope it's a bit of a gift to them to know who was responsible...although, I am sure it is very painful. May god bless the walsh family. |
