Ok what about the Sea Monkeys?? Those little critters were so cool in the comercial, they had little mermaid and merman outfits and looked like they had kids and were a happy little village of people.

Now I realize that those critters were brine shrimp. haha!!
Back then, they were real sea monkeys!!

that's so funny. I have been planning to get one for everyone in my office as a gag. But they are fun, and my co-workers with kids love them!

I found a website called "What On Earth", that has some of the funniest, most unusual things. I found a "stocking" stuffer for our 5 yr. old granddaughter that she is going to love!! Abbi loves bugs & crawly creatures! She really has to be supervised to keep her from touching creepy crawlers that she shouldn't touch .... she is afraid of nothing. Anywho ... I found a "Worm Farm" just like an ant farm. She can watch the tunneling, etc. and I don't think it will be the problem that the ant farm would be!! ;)

my dear granny had one of these and the little lady in the commerical reminds me sooooo much of her. She used it for her bedroom lamp light.
