It is horrible what this woman did to her baby, but I have to say it does not surprise me. This is what this world is becoming. I am not saying everyone is selfish and there are no good people left in the world, because there are, but the majority of the people today are all about ME! Including those with children. It is very sad that even the children are in danger with their own parents. I am often afraid to have my own children hear the news for fear that they will think "Mom, are you going to do this to me?". Children need to have trust and acceptance, and I can only imagine what the next generation will be like with all the selfishness and disregard for human life that goes on now. R.I.P. little angel, you are safe in God's loving arms. :littleang

I agree completely! I don't even want my kids to see this on the news, I don't want them to even worry for a second!

Hmm...anytime a mother purposely poison's a 3 year old with homemade Chloroform and duct tape's her mouth shut, just so she didn't miss the nightly hot body contest...that is no "accident".

The duct tape over that child's mouth will certainly help to prove pre-meditated murder. And hopefully...the duct tape will also have the mother's finger prints and teeth marks (from ripping it) all over it, to put an end to this nanny nonsense.

i know that def. wasnt an accident, i meant in HER mind, she prob didnt intend to kill her. But now i think she did. :( I hope they get her, i read that duct tape preserves finger prints the best, in any kind of weather, i hope they got hers. I'm starting to think tho....what if she hired someone else to kill her?

OMG, I just read CNN - I've been following this case and it just sickens me. This poor baby girl. If it her, may she finally rest in peace. And I hope they have sufficient evidence to nail the ______ who did this.

Honestly...I don't think she's that smart. The things she's said/done during this whole investigation just make me think that she's not exactly the sharpest crayon in the box.

I'm concerned about them being able to lift DNA/fingerprints/etc., from any of the remains -- didn't they say that the original volunteers didn't look back there because it was flooded or something?

I was just surprised to see on Fox News (Geraldo) tonite where the body was found. I knew they said it was very close.......approx 15 houses away. One reporter was in his car & followed the route. The route follows on the same street that Caylee lived.....houses on both sides of street. Then @the end of the street, immediately @stop sign, across the street in the woods near the road is where this innocent little body approx 2 yrs old was found.:( There are no houses there, but so close to homes right across the road.

Yes, after one of the hurricanes this summer (I don't know the name) The wooded area was completely underwater and even though they looked it over, the bag was obviously under. They said that the water has recently receded but I guess no one really thought to search there again.

I was watching Nancy Grace and she made some really good points about the area. Casey is familiar with it, it's right down the street from her parent's house and when people (monsters) try to hide something they generally hide it somewhere familiar to them..Look at Scott Peterson - Lacy was found in the general area that he used to go fishing

I have been thinking about the shovel they saw her putting in the car. Maybe she buried her in a shallow grave and the floods washed her up.

I was watching one of the investigative tv shows the other night (I can't remember which one...it was like a DateLine type show). Anyway, I personally had no idea what the Chloroform was for, but one of the investigators said that it is used to further the decomposition process and that anyone could find that info online. They found that Casey (or someone with access to the home computer) had actually done online searches about this, weapons that could be made from items found at home and how to break a neck. Also, the investigator said that one of the hairs that they found in the car had signs of decomposition...and that the DNA matched that of Casey and Caylee....and since we know that Casey is alive and well, it doesn't look promising for sweet Caylee.

This whole story makes me nauseous! I am the mommy of two toddlers and as cliche as it may sound...they are TRULY my whole world!!!!!! My stomach is in knots when my daughter walks slowly and ends up a little behind us....I instantly stop so that she is walking next to us and/or holding our hand....same with my son. I do not even like for my husband to take them to the store without me...not because I don't trust my husband, but because they are my babies and I cannot stand to not be able to see them and to know that they are safe! I cannot fathom how a mom could have a missing child, like Casey has claimed, and not IMMEDIATELY notify the police!

They also said on the tv show that right after her daughter was missing, Casey went and got a tattoo that was in another language, but translated to, "Beautiful Life". What does that tell us?! A mom that has supposedly just had someone kidnap their child does not think of life in that way! I would feel like my life was over!!!

She probably had a panic attack(casey) when she found out cause she didnt think anyone would find her. It was prob. fate that washed her out, why the flood happened there, cause its karma for casey. I wonder if the codiver(sp?) dogs went near where the body was when the flood was there?
