Marley & Me Did anyone read the book? Are you going to see the movie? I read the book, and, to be honest, I cried at the end. It was great though. I loved Marley! I can't wait to see the movie, too. Even though I'll probably cry at the end of that, too! :rolleyes: |

I saw the BIG standup cutout of Marley in the lobby at the movies when we went see Quantum of Solace. I wanted to take it home!!!!! I didn't read the book tho... i was afraid it was sad. |
I have not and dont plan on seeing the movie either. My friend read the book and told me NEVER to read it. Sooooooo Im going to pass. I cried hysterically through My Dog Skip so I cannot even imagine. |

I've read the book and I want to see the movie also. I loved the book... Marley sounds like a right little monster and I think the movie will be very funny. |

lol i think im just too picky.. i wouldnt say i liked the book.. it was just an average book... the dog wasnt even that "bad" lol all puppies seem to be like that when theyre young :p |
I ordered the book, but I got the wrong one. I didn't realize he'd written a bunch about the same dog. So I just re-ordered the original. I think the one I got was called "Bad Dog Marley." |
I got the book yesterday from my DH's aunt. I'm already 3/4 done with it and will probably finish it tonight. I'm loving it and have already cried a few times (and I haven't even reached the end!) I think I'll probably go see the movie, too but with plenty of tissues! :) |
One of my most favorite books ever--Grogan had me crying on one page and laughing hysterically the next. I sure hope I get to go see the movie over Christmas break, although it seems like the movies aren't ever quite as good as the picture in your mind while you read. :confused: I read it then read it out loud to my husband over several weeks and he just could NOT understand why I couldn't get through reading some pages for the laughing. :p |
I read that book.it was a really wonderful read,the end was sad but the story was told so beautifully I loved the book and I couldn't wait to see the owners on dog whisperer needing help with another lab. now a movie I will go see it too. |
