TyraandMrJ | 11-10-2008 02:00 PM | I did something stupid. Got so busy with school, my husband eye stuff and the kids, I forgot to take my meds for a week. Plus I've got very high blood pressure and stressed to the nines. so now I'm under lock down to destress and clean up my unhealthy eating habbits. I'm really bad about dollar tree salted sunflower seeds and banna chips. I'll eat in one sitting one or two bags and keep them hidden in the house for bad stress days. Last week was the worset. To the point anything made me cry. and eat. Not a good combo. I stressed myself to the point of a bad one and with my high blood pressure that can be deadly.
and it almost was. So now I'm trying to reform. LOL no salt, no sugar no fat. NO STRESS! {I'm a OCD type so that's tough} lucky for me,I never smoked. But I'm very over weight and while I used to be very active. I'm not now. Always on the computer {classes or otherwise} and since I placed that jrt pup with jrt rescue, I no longer leave the house much.
