hello to everyone!

This has been so very exciting! I have a very small family and the thrill of going to the mailbox is so festive! I have to admit my cards are not very fancy, but next year I will be more prepared! My husband actually helped me decide who to send out cards to! And he is not a big fan of the Christmas season, thinks its centered around too much materialistic items. Was so nice to work together on this.

We simply could not afford everyone on the list, and I am new here, trying to choose is just awful! With a daughter in college and the economy, well as all of you can attest, some years are better than others. You all have been wonderful and kind and deserve the best the holiday has to bring! In fact, during the most crazy days-a visit to YT and the day is much better.

So, my rambling aside, we sent out one batch yesterday. If we can afford another batch it will be going out next week. This site has become one of my only daily visits on the internet and I cherish the friendship.

I will keep the addy's and those of you that dont receive one this year, will receive one next year!:) By the way, I have dial up-uggghhh, posting on every ones profile page is very time consuming for me, takes hours. But I sure love to read the visitor messages, and will post myself as time allows!

We started getting our cards and this is so FUN! I am sorry I didnt do it before this year. I have my cards all ready and will put them in the post office tomorrow night.
I have loved seeing all the pretty babies!

Awwww I'm glad you participated! It is fun isn't it??? I know I love it as well. Seeing all those cute Yorkie cards :)

This was my first year doing this, so I didn't think to include a picture of Triss. I just sent plain cards. I will know better next year and do something special. :p

Oh thats fine too! Lots of ppl do that and thats just perfect as well!!!! I think we all just love the cards, yorkie related or not :)

I hang them all up and just love them.

Hi Card People! Sorry I have been away, the storms here had my power out from Thursday night until last night and my car was attacked by a tree and towed away Friday. I have some people that have PM'd me about the list and I will try to get to you tomorrow when life calms down a bit.

Wow, sorry about your car. :( I was watching about the ice storm on the news. Pretty scary. In 1993, Illinois got hit hard by one and I remember not having power for several days. Everyone was just curled up with blankets. Glad to hear you're okay though.

I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying adding to my YT photo/card album that I started last year. I'm glad that I started it. It was great to go through and look at the cards and pictures throughout the year. It really was nice when I could not sit at the desk or spend much time online for 4 months. I could still see the beautiful YT kids of my friends.

I had lot's going on this year so I bowed out. However, so many of you
were so sweet to send us cards I ran out and bought some to return
the favor. Thanks for the pushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Sometimes you
just need a jolt to get moving.:p I thank you because I actually love
sending cards and receiving them.

I soooo hear you! Sometimes I need the push too. Once I send out cards I start really getting into the holiday mood. It was hard to find time between work full time days and school part time nights with finals the last 2 weeks, but I wanted to send out something! I didn't have time to do fancy cards with my pups on them this year, but next year Im hoping to be able to do that! I did special order my cards though because I thought they were ADORABLE!

I wanted to send one to V and/or Alaskayorkie but lost them address. If someone has it can you please PM me with it. Thanks!!!!

I still feel bad I didn't include a pic with my cards. <------Big Noob, LOL. My husband suggested I send out a picture to the people I sent cards to. I think thats a great idea, and I will do that first chance I get. :D
