I have been drinking Coke for the last 11 years!!! I am so addicted and I don't know how to get rid of this addiction!:(

I have found out on some websites that this might be the reason for my headeches(migranes) that I've had for the past 9-10 years!!! So I am really trying to quit. Any solutions?:confused:

I drink cherry vanilla dr peppers. If I quit drinking them I think I could be successful with a diet. Its the only thing that holds me back. I did buy some mango orange juice this week and it is so good so I am thinking about drinking that for awhile. The only problem is juice is so expensive when you sip it down like pop. Try drinking different kinds of juice

Ugh, I go through a whole 2litre bottle of Coke to myself everyday. :rolleyes:

Have you tried diet dr pepper? I'm not sure if they have diet cherry vanilla dp... but I SWEAR the diet dr pepper tastes EXACTLY like the real thing.

I dont drink any soda It's just not healthy at all.

I too am guilty of this. I actually look forward to pouring it over some crushed ice! But, I have limited myself to one can a day :rolleyes:
Its hard, but I make some crystal light iced tea to help fill the void.

Hmmm...I hate Iced tea!!! Just not for me...

Yeah me too...but its only 10 calories. I try to justify it that way :D
BTW, do you ever freeze a coke, thats extra good too!

I use to love Diet Dr. Pepper. I tried SOOO many times to give up Diet Coke and I FINALLY did it but it was really hard. I was waaaaay past addicted LOL :D

For me it seems like if I don't drink it, I get a headache? I wonder if there is something in that :confused:

When My Husband diets and he doesnt drink his pepsi and he gets headaches also
