Oh good, now I read it and understand, I wonder if this is because so many sellers have tried getting out of the e-bay fees and if everything's under Paypal it's easier for E-bay to keep tract? It's always a few bad apples that spoil it for everyone.

I bought the huge bottle when Joey was a puppy for this reason. He did need it as a puppy a couple of times, and once when he got a sticker, but his coat is silky, and I have this huge bottle. I wonder if I should get another Yorkie? :D

I have had good luck. One car that I got I saved so much that my hubby flew to FL to get for me. But I don't give any money till I see what I'm buying. If they want money before I see it then forget it. I have gotten jewelry also but it was a black onyx ring (loved it) and the camper was even better then what they said, and we went to Ohio to get that. As I tell my family after I get something "Road trip time!!":D:D
