What are your nicknames for your skin babies/kids?
 

Gavin is 9 weeks old and I have been calling him mamma's doodle bug, monkey man, and cutie pie. Just wondering what other cute little names you all have for your babies/kids. I am bored as you can tell. Gavin is sleeping and I don't feel like doing house work. I should probably be sleeping too.

It seems like most of us get a nickname on us when where little kids and sometimes they even carry in to adulthood.....I started calling my granddaughter "Bug" when she was a baby and she's 11 now and that's what she's still called......

I have 4 skinkids and they have all had many nicknames!LOL!!!
My eldest, Lauren was "my little sugar puff" for the first few weeks of life as she was very jaundiced and bright yellow like the cereal! As she grew she had so many I probably can't remeber them all (shes 10 now) but they included; Spud, and all the regular endearmenys-Honey/sweetie/Cutir-pie etcetc Her main nicknames to this day are Lol, Lolly, Lolly-pop!
Kaitlyn my 2nd now almost 8 had most of the above too (except the "l" names) her main nickname has always been Kitty or even Kit-Kat (which is a chocolate biscuit here in UK)
Aaron my 2 yr old and one and only son is mainly spud or bud and sometimes Little Ray as in "little ray of sunshine"!
My youngest Alana is 1 and may never learn her real name!LOL! As she has so many nicknames, Alana is such an easy word to play with;
Lana/Larni-Lou/Larni/Narna/Narnie-Nou/Narnie/Pixie-Poo/Doodle-Doo/Lana-Piranha/Narnie-Noodle Brain/Noodie/The Nood/The Noo/Noodie-Noo/The Dood/etc.etc.etc one name seems to lead to another:rolleyes: and she responds to anything!LOL! I quite often call her my Angel Baby as she is by far the most sweet,laid back baby I and anyone who has ever met her has ever come across! Although from bitter experience I'm not quite counting my chickens yet she still has the terrible twos and worse threes to grow through yet!LOL!!!

This is funny, before I got a yorkie my 9 yr old daughter called them yokies instead of yorkies and when I kept tellen my hubby I wanted a yorkie I would mock her and say "honey i want a yokie" so sometimes we call him yokie and yokie bear

Amelia is Moo or Moo-Moo, Moo-Baby, Moo-Butt. I've called her some variation of Moo since she was about 3wks and everyone kept saying you can't call her Moo... now several of them copied me and call her Moo too. :rolleyes:

LOL! I'd forgotten, I used to call Kaitlyn "Maisie-Moo" when she was a baby, up until she was about 5 infact, I think:rolleyes: I've no idea why:rolleyes: Its not even similar to her name:rolleyes:

I started calling Ralphie "Booty-licious" because he had such a big booty :D:D

Now I have shortened it to "booty". I wish I could stop calling him that but it just pops out of my mouth when I am talking to him. Poor baby is going to start answering to "booty" instead of "Ralphie".

aww that's so cute!!! my parents have called me Goose since i can remember... i still answer to it and it gets some great looks from people :p

My Daughter's name is Lexi and we call her Lexi LuLu, Bubsie Berger and my mom calls her Dettle!
My son Hunter is called Bad Billy (for many reasons:rolleyes:) or Buddy Boy!

My son Drake's nickname is Mr. D. My uncle gave him the nickname.

Depending on my mood my nicknames for Triss are Trissy, little brat, potty pants, stinker. lol, she gets into trouble sometimes. :p

Oh gosh I have so many names for my kids:)

Our son Isaiah is 1 year old and we call him Baya, Sweet Pea, Bubba, Buddy, Mommys main squeeze, Anthony (his middle name), Zeek (my family), Izzy

I call our Yorkie Georgie-Ju Ju, Ju Ju Bee, Bumbles, Sweet boy, & G

I call our boxer Coco- Coki, Coke, Sissy, Sweet girl, Mrs. McAdoo (our last name:))

I love nicknames that are more personal and sweet:)

I dont have skin kids but my nickname was "doo doo" ("chubby" in taiwanese) and it stuck with me til this day!! All of my family/relatives call me it.. When I was a kid I used to hate shopping with my mom because when she couldnt find me she'd yell "DOOO DOOOO!!!" and everyone would stare like who is she yelling for :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Oh and btw I am NOT chubby anymore so its weird lol oh well :p

I've always called Kelly "Lucy". Don't know why, just seems to fit. Grand's: Conner is ConMan, Gracie is Tough & Isabella is IzzyB.

I love the names we come up with for kids:).
My oldest dtr was Bug until my nephew was old enough to talk. When he said Heather, it came out Howie and she is still Howie to everyone (she's 34). Krysten was Punkinseed and at daycare she would throw a fit if she was not called by her self-given name of Fwyket(she couldn't say Krysten) Punkinseed Swimebucket Kewwick Wyndsey. She had a lisp but would also throw a fit if you said she did and say "I don't have a wisp!". She was also called Krispy Kritter and Cricket. My stepsons were Sparkplug or Sparky and Stumpjumper or Stump. My stepdtr never really had one - she always was and always will be Shana.

I have a million nicknames for Dax starting with mommies baby dog or MBD for short, chunka chew (cause he's so cute and sweet you just wanna eat him up), I tell him he's my soul-dog lol, sugar-butt, sweet-cake, D, big dog, little dog, lol. The list just goes on and on.

My dtr is 21 so it's hard to remember the nicknames. The one I can remember her dad calling her is blue eyes. In fact he did it so much (he has blue eyes too where mine are brown) she got it in her head that blue eyes were better than other colors.

oh man ! my family is the wierdest with nicknames. im 14, so i dont have any kids! XD but we've given eachother some wierdddd names.

i gave my oldest bro matt the name mamatt when i studdered trying to learn his name, believe it or not =P and i gave mike the name memike[meh-mike] for the same reason . matt gave mike gikywiselty[gik-ee-wiz-ul-tee] and mike gave matt cweo[kwee-oh] . matt and mike gave me kelkel and kelli belli . daddy gave matt monkeyman, he gave mike monkman, and he gave me sweetpea(which turned into pea) . only my daddy's nicknames for allll of us stuck with us till now ,.

I don't have kids, but I have some weird nicknames from my family.

My dad calls me booger. Disgusting, I know. Both parents call me weedie... don't understand that one. My grandma since DAY 1 has called me "Grandma's little pink baby" because she loves pink and said I looked "so cute in pink." My other grandmother calls me Ashie. My aunt calls me Niecey. I'm 21 and I still hear these names all the time... *sigh*

My husband and I refer to our boy's lovingly as the "brat boy's". My dad has been calling me Brandy Brat for a long long time, so when I had kids, they were the "brat boy's";)

My oldest son is named Mason, we call him Mace. When he was a baby, we called him Mason Man and little man.

Son # 2 is named Kennedy James, I did not want others to call him Kenny so I started to call him KJ and other's caught on, thankfully no one ever called him Kenny:rolleyes: As a baby my nick name for him was little poopers, because he had GI problems:eek: His ped Immunologist and GI doctor were the only other people that also called him that name

Son # 3 is named Lincoln, we call him Link. When he was little he was called Linky,and Slinky Linly. I called him Sunshine and Mommy's sunshine because when he woke up he was alway's so happy to see me, I got the brightest smiles from him.

Son #4 is named Garrett. His nick name that my husband and I call him is Rhett. When he was born I called him Garrett the ferret, I would even sing a little song " Garrett the ferret ate all my carrots" and that is the name the family has stuck to calling him, he is sometimes just called ferret too.

My youngest son's name is Landon and I sometimes call him Landy, but the name that he is called the most came from my oldest son. He was two when he was born and when he first saw him at the hospital, he told his daddy "Oh a B-Doll (baby doll). So that name has stuck with him, people tell me he will hate us for that one day. :p

My other son is Hunter Bunter and my dad sometimes calls him Cooter.

When I was growing up, and even now sometimes, my uncle calls me Olive Oyl (my first name is Olivama).

I don't have any kids, but I have a lot of second-cousins (all of my cousins are older than me). The newest one, Allison, she was born back in April. I call her Ally-poo. :p and the eldest, Lucas, is 6. He used to throw up every time someone held him when he was a baby, and to this day he is called Lucas the Pucus or Puky Luky, or just Luke. :p

My nicknames...haha. Mooch is the most popular. When I was a baby my cousin Lynn called me Mooch for some reason and I am called that more than I'm called Megan! MegaMooch as well. My cousin Shawn (he's 12. He's basically a little brother to me) calls me Mega and BroadwayBrat (which I pretend to hate but it actually makes me laugh ;)). My best friend and her whole family call me Me-ay-gen. I have no clue what that's all about. Another group of online friends call me Mega due to a typo I had like 2 years ago. :rolleyes: and I am not called this anymore (unless my brother is trying to get on my nerves) but when I was born my brother couldn't say my name, so he called me Meck. haha. and a lot of people (on here, my parents, my aunt, etc) call me Megaroni. and finally, my middle name is Elizabeth, and a few family members call me Lizardbreath - they used to call me it all the time, and after I said it was forbidden, they now only call me that at family functions. :p

My six year old has been doodle bug since birth because of how he sleeps. My oldest was gecko because when he was born his skin was so transparent he looked like a lizard. Right now, because if I call one, the other one answers, they are both just "no, the other one" or I just point say whichever one you are, come here. It goes something like this "Jacob..no I mean Caleb, no I meant... OH Crap, which ever one you are come here right now!" :eek:
