Dangerous 5 min Chocolate Mug Cake
 
If you are on a diet... go back!! STAY AWAY!!


Dangerous 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

4 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffe mug

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous chocolate cake recipe in the world???

Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any given time, day or night.

Yumm! And I'm not even a chocolate addict. :D It's good though, this way you don't have a whole cake sitting around waiting to be eaten!

LOL... no cake laying about but then who wants left over cake when you can have fresh cake in 5 minutes! :p

Hummmmm --- I'm gonna give it a try just as soon as I finish the chili I'm eating. I think I'll top it off with some chocolate ice cream!

awesome! I got to give it a try!

I think about addding a scoop of vanilla ice cream :)
