Sensitive teeth!!! Does anyone know a GOOD toothpaste for sensitive teeth? for a while i was using a toothpaste that was a whitening toothpaste and i think the prolonged use of this cause my teeth to be EXTREMELY sensitive... I've tried Crest sensitive... but it has whitening... and i'm going to try sensodine.. But IT has whitening... you just can't get away from the stuff! any suggestions are great! I am going to have to stay away from tea :( i had a cup around 4 and my teeth are extremely sensitive right now... can't even breathe in through my mouth.. lol... |
Sensodine is probably about the best.:) |

Im not sure about the whitening stuff, but the Sensodyne works great for me. Before, I could never drink a cold drink like a glass of milk or it would hurt. Now, I tolerate it. You just have to make sure you use it twice a day for a while and it starts working. |
One other thing---If you grind your teeth at night (like I do), this can make your teeth more sensitive. I wear a guard at night (it didn't take very long to get used to it) and it has helped. Your dentist can tell just by looking at your teeth if you grind or not. |
sensodine....it works great! Even with the whitening. I am using it now as i was having sensitivity proplems...but in just a couple of days it stopped. I am a happy customer!:D |
I've been using Sensodyne for many years. I ran out 1 time and was using crest and I noticed a difference almost immediately. They do have different types-whitening and minty. |
