Am I the only one tired of "lol"??
 

Ok, we've got to come up with another way of "laughing" on here. Cause you guys crack me up!!! Hey, we could be trendsetters!! So lets put our brilliant minds together and come up with something really unique. I mean there's all kinds of laughs. On here we use LOL, LMAO, ROFL, among others. Maybe we can come up with some fresh terms. So I'm gonna add a few new ones.

How about:
CUB - chuckle under breath (for when you don't want to disturb the family. I wanted to say "peeps" but my daughter says "Nobody says that anymore mom!!! *rolls eyes*. Sigh...
SNKR - snicker (for when you don't want to disturb and don't want anyone to see what you're reading)
G&G - grins and giggles (ala, Austin Powers), for when you're feeling a little naughty *delicately places pinky to lip"
SNT - snort. Hey, I've got sinus probs, OK??
TH TH - tee hee tee hee, for when you're feeling a little dainty (??) That wouldn't be anyone on here!!!
BWHH!!! - Bwah Ha Ha, a laugh with evil intentions. Fits quite a few of us I think...
DH - dry humor, in case someone wouldn't get it. My hubby should have this tatooed on his forehead!!
LE - laughing exponentially. I'd be fun! Then we could quantify just how funny we think it is! Like this thread for instance....L8, that's laugh to the 8th power!

I'm also tired of LOL. So I use "haha" instead and I end up saying "haha" or "hehe" all the time - it just sets a playful tone that I don't get by saying "that's really funny". Maybe I'm wrong.

But I do say the evil laugh a lot, "Muhahaha..."

it's funny you mention this because a few girl friends and i were talking about this...

when talking online on AIM (AOL instant messenger).. we find it funny to say lol all the time.. cause when we don't know what to say.. we use these as fillers to keep the conversation going i guess.. like.. lol.. yea.. haha.. hehe..

See, if we all come up with some, then Admin can make it a sticky, and any visitors will think that we're really witty and they'll reeeallly like YorkieTalk and it'll be the kewlest place on the web. Well, we already know it is...but everyone else will find out! SLAMOJ! That means 'shamelessly laugh at my own joke'! Hey, you will get really sick of me before this thread is locked down for reasons of insanity! Here's some more:
