Well... one of the main reasons I married my husband was that he had his Yorkie girl Mitzi... not b/c I was an absolute Yorkie addict back then (actually I was into big and I mean BIG dogs and was convinced that a dog I have to bend over to pet is not a real dog) but I thought if a bachelor raises such a tiny baby from a puppy and takes care of her all by himself he can't be all that bad... :)

I'll bet those Yorkies are at Cindy's heel most of the time, and John probably is too....I mean come on she's a hottie....

I agree with BubblpopElectrc McCain probably doesn't even know he owns yorkies just like he didn't know how many houses he owned :rolleyes:

I'm sure the Yorkies have brighter and better views than the McCains so the YORKIES have my vote....that is the Yorkies only LOL :D

There have been Scotties,Schnauzers, Jack Russell's, Fox Terriers, Rat Terriers , White Collies, but most presidents prefer the sporting breeds, I guess it makes them feel Manly... I think they should run the 2 dogs for Pres. and Vice-Pres. They're very cute... They have my vote!! :aimeeyork Baron's Mom

Soneone mentioned about having the International Yorkie Meetup at the Whitehouse; isn't it already scheduled for Arlington, VA. That is just a hop, skip, and jump to the White House. If McCain is elected, that would be cool if they would let us play on the lawn with Lucy and Dezi. :cool:

Actually, they won't be the first. Nixon had a Yorkie named Pasha.

LOL, I just re-read what I wrote. You were probably confused because I wrote it really confusing. It made sense in my head at the time but just didn't transfer to the written word.

I think dogs make people so very human. Dog-people are truly a different breed. If they could be classified - they would be AKC!
