Tell me... Is this possible? Is it possible to gain 10lbs in 3 days??? I feel like I have:eek: I have not put one healthy thing to my lips in days!!!! |
LOL...it sure is. But you might also be retaining water from eating stuff so not good for you. |
Our plan was to eat anything we wanted until the weigh in but geesh... I really do feel like Ive gained 10lbs:rolleyes: |
oh yea, it's possible. Water retention could be a huge part of it. Cut down your sodium intake, drink lots of water and eat things that are high in fiber, and it will come off in a few days just as quickly as it came on. |
I have noticed watermelon helps me feel less bloated. and its yummy:) i think all the water in it helps flush out some of the retention and sodium.. |
It is - and then some - when you make 5 lbs of peanut butter fudge and hoard it all in your secret little hidey-hole so nobody else can find it :D not that I've even done that - I just heard that it can happen:rolleyes:. And that's my story and I'm sticking to it:p. |

Speaking of fine wines -- how about Annie Green Springs or Aunt Tilly's Orange Blossom Special (something like that:rolleyes:) 2 of the Top Shelf brands from "back in the days".:p I think they were pure sugar! Not that I would know - they were my brother's fave's. |
Yep... Boones Farm is classy stuff... I mean seriously @ less than $2.50 a bottle, its SCREAMS classy:rolleyes: Trash Can Punch.... ya take a big ole trash can, some hawaiian punch, fruit and some liquor.... Pour it in and mix it up. I like to use frozen fruit, vodka, rum, southern comfort ... good stuff:D |
