Gave my puppy away! I'm not getting that pup after all. Got an email from the owner yesterday. Someone came by and took all the puppies together. She said she wasn't sure that I wanted that pup and thought they would be happier together! I told her that usually when someone wanted an entire litter it was to either sell them one at a time or sell them to research! I don't think I could have made it any plainer that I wanted the little girl, 6 emails and 'put my name on that pup' sounds pretty plain to me. |
That is soo rude. ya i dout that the person wanted all the pups for fun. im sorry but that is just rude of te lady  |
That's terrible! Sorry about that! |
I really doubt , this person will keep them all . I am very sorry for you . |
SORRY TO HEAR THAT :( AND I ALSO THINK THAT WAS REALLY RUDE OF HER  |
That sounds pretty fishy to me. :thumbdown That stinks I am sure you have had your heart set on this little girl and for someone to sell her right from under you, that is bad practice and should have never been done. I think I would stay away from her is not a nice person :( . I wish I had a little girl for you to help ease your pain, so sorry this has happened to you. |
any breeder willing to sell the entire litter is not one I would suggest anyone to do business with...selling the entire litter most likely means one of two things these puppies are going to pet store or to a kennel for breeding. JMHO |

Awwww I'm so sorry to hear this. I just worry for those poor little pups. :( |
I'm sorry to hear about that... That is really awful. It happened to me with the first yorkie I wanted. The lady I was buying her from promised her to me, but her husband went behind her back and sold her.. But it is ok now because I dont know what I would do without Ramsey! |
You might not want to here this but maybe this is a good thing. I don't think this breeder is a good one. I agree any breeder selling there whole litter to someone is or must be just thinking of the money. If I were a breeder i would be very worried as to why they would want all these puppies. It just does not sound right. This will give you and oppertunity to find a good breeder one that cares about there yorkies. Lets just pray these puppies don't end up in a mill or pet store. All we can do is pray just maybe they are in a good home . |
i dont think the lady was a breeder, her dog got pregnant by accident and she was just giving the pups away |
I am sorry this pup didn't work out for you as you had wanted to. Keep your chin up, I am sure there is a perfect pup out there just waiting to give you kisses and hugs so continue your search. Keep us posted. ;) |
She told me she breeds her peke, uses a stud service, but once she saw the pups she knew they weren't pure (no duh!). She said she doesn't know what happened there, I'm thinking her peke ain't so pure! |
has she contacted you back? |
No and I don't think she will. I tried to get her to either get in touch with that woman or tell me how to hoping she might let me have that little girl, but I think she's mad at what I said about what might happen to those pups. I don't care though, the truth is the truth and if it hurt her feelings then maybe that's a good thing! My heart hurts mostly for those puppies and what might happen to them. If she does get back in touch I'll be sure to post it! |
Well, I heard from the lady, I was surprised. She tried to justify her actions, told me the woman was really nice and didn't want all the pups for herself - she was going to keep two, two were for her sister and the other for her father! Yeah, right. She said that she couldn't take the word of a stranger, her girls were getting attached and the pups were on a first come basis. I really let her have it though! I said she couldn't trust the word of a stranger because she couldn't keep her word and figured people were like her, that I doubted this 'nice woman' wanted the pups for her family, and I felt sorry for her kids because they were learning from her that it's ok to break a promise if it's directed at someone they don't know. I also reminded her that she never said a word about first come, and that even so I was the first person to answer her ad and say I wanted that pup. I told her her actions would come back to haunt her one day, and it was a shame that she acted like she did and that she was setting a really bad example to her kids! I feel better, but I still feel bad for those pups, I think they are going to end up in a research lab, a lot of people around these parts make a living doing that. |
That's sad. Also, I've heard that when people come to buy litters at a time, they could possibly be trying to start a mill. So sad. :( |
I can't believe they did that!! i'm sorry!! |
oh wow i am so sorry i really hope those puppies dont end up being BAIT that happens alot to free dogs. |
Just breaks my heart...for you and for those puppies :( I'm glad you got to give her a piece of your mind though...hopefully you made her think. I hope she's unable to sleep peacefully for a LONG time by lying awake wondering if she did those pups harm. What comes around goes around I always believe! |
Aw. I am so sorry to hear that you are not going to get your puppy after all. That was very rude os that lady. :thumbdown |
I am so sorry that happened but have hope...your new baby is out there waiting for you to find her. |
