This is totally awesome...has anyone tried the google stree view...

if you go to Google Maps and type in your home address...then when the result pop up hit the street view...it will give you and image of your house...hehe...i find it totally cool!

that is kinda creepy and I feel like its a total invasion of privacy! What if you were going outside in your pajamas taking out the garbage the same time that the satellite was taking a picture of your house? the whole world would be a witness that you were wearing doggie printed pajamas! sheesh!!!

I've tried this before so just now tried again and still can't get an image of my house, not even a close up of the street. We're pretty rural where I live, so guess in time I'll be able to google it. Ha.

Mine was just done recently. I can see my house, both our cars, and a couple neighbors are outside doing stuff.

well the thing is i don't think it is in real time...hehe...because the picture of my house is sometime last year...hehe

Mines is just recently because there's like a package outside the door and that was during the time I bought hella stuff for my vacation. LOL At least they should notify us that they will be shooting outside our street so at least I can tidy up the front yard a bit. Its also kinda embarrassing seeing my dead yellow grass. Sheesh!

Mine's from last year....and I know because there's a fricking backhoe parked out front. We had a pier constructed....and that ugly thing belonged to the contractor. Great :rolleyes:...anyone street googling us...thinks we live in Redneckville.

hehe that's funny...mine was prior to my house being finish building so my lawn is all dirt! which actually looks a lot better than it does now...hehe
