How beautiful she is. My dtr will be 23 in 2 months!! I miss the toddler years the most! |
You echoed the same question I believe every mother asks at one time or another. My daughter will be 18 in six months and my baby boy is 3 and 1/2 years old. I remember looking at my daughter's little hands one day, years ago, and realizing that the dimples were no longer there at her knuckles and I asked myself "when did the dimples go away and how did I not notice?" How I long for those dimpled, little hands to be clutched in mine again. Now I make it a point of looking at my little man's hands on a regular basis, hoping that the dimples are still there when I look and praying that I will not take those little hands for granted, for even a day, for time sure does go by much too quickly. My advice, hold on to those little hands of that precious little angel and admire the dimples! :) |

Aw, this is such a sweet post. A. Grace is such a beautiful child. Ican understand your wanting to spend every waking moment with her. As others have said, the time goes so quickly and soon they are their own little people and then off on their own and away from your mothering. I remember kissing my Sarahs' hands all the time when she was a baby and then watching them change into beautiful musicians hands with lovely long fingers which she now uses to play the piano and express her emotions. Treasure all these moments because you will want to look back on them often to sooth your heart when your babies begin leaving the nest. You've got plenty of time to store all this up in your heart now.:) Kisses |
Oops - double post. |
Awwww sooo CUTE!!! Time flies by so enjoy every minute!! But she is still a teeny baby, don't worry:) When she turns like 8 then you will be like omg where did time go?????????? lol Give her a hug for me:) |
awwww she just keeps getting more & more beautiful though! They do grow up so fast don't they? You have so much more to experience with her! The rest of you life will be a constant state of discovery and denial! They do grow up quick, but you'll have so much fun teaching her to be a grown up person! :) (well until she hits about 13, gets boy crazy, hates you and then it might not be too fun! but she'll revert back to herself after a few years of that - or so Im told!) hehe |

urgh, 13! I remember being 13... I hope she has it easier than I did and she's a nice teenager! |
Shes a cutie! Enjoy every moment while shes young. It seems like yesterday My daughter was born and she just turned 8 |
Vicky, she has gotten so big and cuter by the day. It seems like yesterday she was born. Everyone is right savor the time you have and enjoy every second of it because next thing you know she will be walking, talking, going to kindergarten then off to college. I often look at my children and wonder where the time has gone. (Now I'm doing the same thing again but with my pups:D) |
