I've been wanting to get a Kobi tattoo for a while now, just too chicken to do it, but today my bf and I went and each got a tattoo (first for both of us...:eek:)


Sorry this pic is a cell phone pic, but you get the drift ;)

BTW, I found the font myself online, and the tattoo is on my inside right ankle :D

He's from KC and he went to University of Missouri, so this is what he got...

(The red part of the Tiger is white, but he bled..a lot :eek:...so it looks "pink" in this pic but is now white :))

Nope...only Kobi...:cool:

I'm sure I'll have many dogs in my lifetime (HOPEFULLY!!), but Kobi is/was/will always be my very first dog of my own, so that's why I chose to get his name :)

Terri I love, love it and I'm not a tattoo person but all you gals getting tatts of your babies and now their names is really getting me the itch.:eek: I love the font and the way you put the cute, little pawprint for the "O".:D Oh man..my husband would kill me.:rolleyes:

Hehehe...I know it seems a lot of YTers are getting tats lately, presumably just by chance! I've wanted mine for a long time and finally made appts about 1 1/2 weeks ago :)

It's really not that bad (pain) unless you get something bigger...it's pretty bad but if it's over quickly, it makes it easier!!! You should do it, then see what your hubby says. "It's easier to ask forgiveness than permission" :D

Okay...I've had my nose pierced too (had to take it out for job but i LOVED it)...anyway, that wasn't that bad to me..:p

Our tattoo artist said women have typically higher pain tolerances than men (OBVIOUSLY...duh ;)), but I mean it all depends on skin type, where you get it. I can't say it's going to hurt 10 out of 10 or 0 out of 10 because it depends. My "i" and pawprint didn't hurt barely at all...I could feel it, that was about it. But my "B" and "K" hurt...he said there must be a tiny scar from LONG, LONG ago there or something because the ink didn't take quite as well either...

So yeah, the B and K were really painful, but, gf, if you get something small....it can only hurt for so long!!!! Afterwards, ZERO pain at all :)

I love that tat! I have one on the outside of my right ankle, It says Chaos, its the name of my first ever baby horse. My mare waited so long to give birth and cause my whole summer to be chaos. Sadly we had to put him to sleep at just a month old. But I had him creamated and his name tattooed on my ankle.

Choas has much more meaning behind it that just a horses name to me. Chaos is what my life was before coming into my Adult years.

I have 8!! They're addciting. I swear I'm not the typr,and8 sounds lik elaot but they're small. I love your. Nice idea. I have most on my feet ,top,around ankle,lower back,back of neck on on upper shldr,back of neck.....LOL ENJOY:thumbup:
