I'm on Vacation and a TOTAL Slug
 
Hi Friends - I've been on vacay since July 2nd and will be back on July 14th. I've been checking in via my MIL's computer and it's VERY slow - I can't even open my profile/visitor page completely due to all of the pics on that page - so if you've posted a message to me there, I apologize if I haven't responded yet - I haven't yet been able to view it :(.

Anyhow, that's why I've been so scarce - I've been VERY busy napping, eating, indulging, sitting by the lake here in Minnesota, boat riding, reading, and sleeping in. It's ROUGH.

I miss you all, miss checking in every day and seeing what's going on - and I hope all is well, see ya soon! :D

How wonderful! Enjoy your "ROUGH" life! As I sit in this courtroom, I picture you basking in the sun with a good book listening to the sounds of the subtle wake of the lake. For the record, I'm very envious!

It was probably a good week to take off. ;)

Enjoy being a slug...for as long as possible. Monday's coming...and by Wednesday it doesn't even feel like you went on vacation. :rolleyes:

I've been trying to catch up via my slow internet - and geesh! We all need a warm bath, some aromatherapy, group meditation, or some serious drugs! Good goddess, lovely people :)!

Well, I sure miss you all, and I'm sure sorry to see that some feelings have been hurt - sometimes that sting is worse when it comes via the internet because the human factor is missing. I've been there too. It gets stinky too - bc sometimes it's just a matter of miscommunication, and other times it's a matter of seeing someone's true colors (and that can be really stinky). Aw, ick right? :(

On the lighter side, vacay still going well - took 2 naps yesterday (gawd!) in the sun/shade by the lake. The boys are loving it - although Wylie has a cut inside his paw pad, probably from a pine needle or something. So, no fetching for him - unless it's in the lake for swimming, poor guy bc fetching is his LIFE. Marcel just trots around loving it all, Wylie's shadow. So cute.
