Our house is like the smallest on the street so we sweetened it up with all the gingerbread trim!! The second one is of my living room, we put stained glass in and raised the ceiling and I designed the built ins and the fire place surround. The 3rd picture is of my 1945 Wedgewood stove that we got with the house, my hubbie says the I bought the stove and the house came with it!! The last photo is a picture of the backyard right after the pond was installed last year, the plants have grown more now and there is Wisteria over some of the pergola now!!
Nanci your home is beautiful! I love the stove. What is the significance of the numbers above the stove?

Hi Kathy!! The numbers above the stove are actually French tiles that I found with french writing and numbers which I assumed were like house numbers. I don't really know, just liked them!! By the way, I bought this cool ornate metal plaque in Paris that I put up in my kitchen and when a french friend was over she told me that it was from cemetery. It was some kind of grave marker!! I just thought it looked cool, but had no idea what it said or what it was!!

Most double wide homes I've seen are just BEAUTIFUL and look almost identical inside as any other regular brick or whatever house! Don't be ashamed, be proud!

Yea I have a house keeper, ME!!! LOL I wish I did have one though.

All of you have such lovely homes. I LOVE the farm pics!!!..... I used to live in a farming community when I was growing up.
I don't have any recent pics of the inside of our home, but I do of the back patio area........it is where we spend 90% of our time in the summer. It is my favorite place to have coffee in the morning on weekends.

My sister lives in a double wide on 80 acres in Al. Breathtaking.

She really had me fooled, she is a stinker. Love her stove.
