yes its working correctly for me....and I uploaded 5 pics. |
Yes she's right, it's probably over the file size. If you want, you can upload it to this thread and I could check it out for you. |

yep that is what happened to me. the file size was too big. I took a pic or 2 out and viola!! it worked. Good luck:D |
Hmmm...maybe I can get a couple pics of a couple of them together. I had one pic per furkid (5), and I didnt want to leave anyone out ;) |
Hi, just got your avatar, it's really cute, I'm going to check the size and see what the limits are, get back to you in a little bit. |
1 Attachment(s) For a non-donating member avatar sizes are smaller, and I think that's what the problem is. The maximum for a contribution member is 125 by 125 pixels or 53.7 KB (whichever is smaller). I'm not sure what non-contributing member size is, no one ever answers this question, but you could tell me. Just go to the user CP and look where it says "Edit Avatar" go there and it will tell you the size limits. I reduced yours to 100 pixels and 24 kb but I don't know if that's enough, or too much. You need to click on the picture, wait till it starts moving, and save it to your computer and upload it from there if it's within the limits. If not we'll have to reduce it again. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...1&d=1214710619 Sometime the small ones don't attach properly click on the link. |
1 Attachment(s) This one is only 17.7 KB so I think it will work, it the same size as the first one I posted, but the quality has been reduced, so the overall file size is less. That's the only way you can do it if you want that many pictures. The other way is to become a donating member! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...1&d=1214719503 |
Thank you so much for taking the time to adjust that for me! |

Glad it works, in the Photoscape program there is a place to change size of Avatar, where it says, "set canvas size." |
