Wow I couldnt take that kind of heat. When it gets above 90 degrees here I am miserable

We are at 100 degrees. However, it will be up later around 110 or 115.

I remember living in Imperial CA and the heat there was horrendous, just like yours. I stayed inside all the time.

We are also melting. Our area never gets this kind of heat and today was 110 right about noon today. I can't cool off. No AC or fans. Yukky!!!

Wow. My DH wants to retire to Az but I can't take the heat and he can't take the cold. He doesn't want air on in the house when its in the 80's here why would I go where it is 110!!!lol Stay cool

Napa is up to 107 today. Devastating heat. The kids said it was too hot to swim in the pool. Water is 92 degrees.

do not send that heat to the east.. we have 70s this week in ohio.... and it will be 50 tonight... i love chilly.. i hate heat.. stay inside californians:)

BUT ITS A DRY HEAT!!!LOL If it would just cool off at night it would be a little more tollerable. Well, cant wait for October!!

But Az has some of the nicest retirement areas like Sedona, Cottonwood, Prescott. Much cooler than hot ole Phoenix and not far away. These areas have "perfect" weather!!

We were up to 108 yesterday in Tucson, but at night it cools off to the mid-70s. So we end up opening the windows and doors at night. It is beautiful. In fact, as soon as the sun goes down, it is perfectly pleasant to sit outside.

And it really is a dry heat. Yesterday we had 2% humidity here.

My girls (a Yorkie and a Westie) have a doggie door so they can stay in the air conditioning. However, I frequently find them sitting outside. So I guess they are comfortable too. I have bowls of water for them all over the house to make sure they stay hydrated.

2% humidity ?? Man - I need to move - we have like 92% :mad: & here in houston it never cools down at night -

man that really is hitting the top of the thermometer ...Good luck to you all going thru these unreal temps !!!
