Kelly, This is the writting by Mother Theresa that I mentioned yesterday. I keep it on my computer at work and when things get too political or people are acting petty, I take a moment to read it. I hope you like it - it always makes me feel better...

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.

Those are some GREAT words of wisdom! Youa re smart to keep that handy. I think I will do the same. It is so appropriate and timely as well as a lifelong lesson. Thank you for sharing that.

I have it pop up as a re-occuring task once a week so that I know I'll read it at least once a week. Some weeks I read it daily! Some days I read it hourly! lol

I'm sure you're all probably familiar with the site linked below. I also have this pop up daily. As you click on the site, advertisers pop-up and animals get food. (Across the top you'll see the same for hunger, children, literacy, rainforest, breast cancer.)

Eeeeshh!!!...seems I missed a lot last night, (Maximus, his daddy and I rented Triple X state of the union and then moved furniture...fun!!!..NOT!!!)...I just caught up with it all and I would like to say Recon's mom....you're a good person and boo to that whole situation!! Sherry...this Mother Theresa prayer/poem/sayings....are very sweet and SO true...I plan on keeping it by my desk as well!!!
