I always liked listening to Mariah Carey's first album.....the song someday you'll be the only one he's wishing for.......seemed to help me finish those walks.....lol Other than that I love the music you hear at arobics class....like mixes of what's on the radio. I had the website to order some good music like that, if I find it I will post it. Angie |
Any old madonna songs.. I used to clean house to them :) |
My workout songs include: Piece of Me--Britney Spears Leave Me Alone--Pink Dirrty--Christina Aguilera Jesus of Suburbia--Green Day Baby I Got Your Money--Old Dirty Bastard Last Name--Carrie Underwood Sabatoge--Beastie Boys Also pretty much anything by Kanye West and Justin Timberlake. Great! This gives me some motivation to get on my treadmill today. |

I think I actually love still dirty better then dirty. |
Let's see.... Tootsie Roll Shake Your A$$ Walk it Out Like This Rump shaker Footloose Dirty Hey Mickey Gold Digger Welcome to the Jungle Pour Sugar on Me Those are few of my favorite |
I found that most of the older heavy rock bands (AC/DC, etc) really get me moving! My cousin got back from the Marines awhile back and his drill camp (boot camp type) CD really makes you move too! |
I love working out to HEAVY metal. Godsmack, Disturbed, puddle of Mudd, etc... it just really gets my energy up to hear the yelling and angry lyrics... Hope I dont sound weird saying that! haha I have a whole CD I made of just angry, heavy metal music just for working out. LOL |
Usually heavy metal, but I love J.Geils Band too. I like mostly 80's stuff from when I taught aerobics (the flashdance era pretty much). There's a website called fitpod.com where you can dl a new workout mix every week. And you can dl any or all of their past mixes~ they've got yoga mixes, and they give you the BPM rate so you can decide if it's something that's too fast or too slow for what you want to do. The only bad thing about it is that if there's one cut on it that you don't like, you can't just skip over it. |
