do you think my carriers are out of date now?
 
I bought these carriers three years ago and have never used them yet. I see so many carriers that are much different these days that I'm wondering if mine are out of style. Or is there any such thing anymore. I keep hearing "anything" goes. All I can say to that is.........I still wont wear a micro-mini skirt folks. :D

The silver one has crystals and silver studs on each end. It has a mesh zipper flap on each end, at the top and at the front. The front mesh has a security flap with snaps. There are two small pouches on the back. It has 1 1/2 inch square "cleats" at each bottom corner for it to sit on.

The pink with tan leather is larger, has two end zipped mesh and flap panels. The flaps can be rolled up and secured with the leather straps to a brass fastner. It also has mesh with flap at the top and a zippered compartment on the back.

I think they're great! My Lilly would never stay in those things... unless sedated for flying... she hates bags. Has to do everything herself :animal36

These are airline approved and is the reason I got them but never flew anywhere after I got them. We are going to Spain to visit our son next year (was planning on going this year but that plan went to the wayside) and now we have three Yorksters and only two can be in the cabin, so we either let one go into cargo or leave her with the Vet. Isn't that a terrible choice!!!!

Donna, first of all , I LOVE your carriers. They are NOT out of style. Secondly, you have a third option with regards to your trip to Spain next year. You can send make a stop-over in Georgia and let the "extra" kid have her own vacation in the country. Never a dull moment here on the farm.

Oh how wonderful!! :) Which one would you like to have visiting? :)

I bought the larger carrier for Zada and the Silver for Azrael. Hubby always carrys Zada but he didn't really want to tote a pink bag, so it went to Azrael which made Zada a bit crowded in the silver one. I bought the beige and Pink canvas carrier for Razael, but it looks like Zada is the one that may have to stay with the Vet. She's up to 9 pounds now and I'm sure she would be terribly "smooshed" under an airline seat. She is the one that's VERY gentle and sweet as they come. She rarely barks and doesn't mind just curling up and vegging out. Another reason she would do better at the Vets..

I don't think there out of date. I love the Pink one....so cute. :) Don't feel bad that you won't wear a mico-mini skirt. Not many people can pull that off and still look good. :D

I think they are both cute. The silver goes with the metallic trend in fashion now:)
