"paypal" notice....is this real???
 
with all of the scams out there....I have to think that this is not real...I have been using paypal with no problems...and I would think the "warning" would have been posted under my account when I log in and I have not had anything like that.

has anyone else seen an email like this???

yes i have. If it is real pay pal they will address you by your full name and include your account number. if neither of those things happened you need to report it to Pay Pal.

sorry didn't notice that you included the email.. that's a scam.... alert PayPal of it.

I get paypal notices all the time...on a screenname that I dont even have paypal linked to lol. DO NOT click to activate your account. Just sign on through your own link, if its a legit email then your account would say the same thing.

If it was real paypal i would think you would see something when you log into your acct.

That can be normal.
If it came up when you logged into Paypal then it probably is.
You can always email them and ask if your account is limited.

yeah...there is NOTHING showing when I log in.

I just realized....this was sent to an email address that I don't even use for paypal. so it HAS to be bogus LOL

Yes, it is definitely a scam. When you get e-mails like this, you can find out where it came from (actually) by highlighting the mail in the queue and then clicking file, then properties. Once the box opens, click details. If the 'return path' is not a paypal.com address, it is not real.

nah it's a scam...forward it to spoof@paypal.com and they will answer you on it for sure. It's good if you do so they can know that is being circulated.

It's a scam for sure. It has happened to both me and my daughter. We always report it to PayPal.

What is queue? I tried highlighting an actual email and it didn't work.

Depending on what email program you use (I use outlook) you can highlight the WHOLE Address - then right click or go to FILE and look for 'PROPERTIES'

and that is a scam pepe - you should forward it to paypal - there's alot out there and they look VERY REAL when we receive them

NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS LIKE THAT - always go straight to the site and log in that way - do not click any links in those emails !!
