Has anyoine tried the new Schick Intuition Plus Razor? OMG!
 
Has anyone here bought one of these yet? I got one last night while I was in Wal-Mart and oh my goodness!! These things are awesome and I will never again use another Razor for as long as I love! Aren't I nuts? :D I am excited about a RAZOR :rolleyes:

Anyway, they have different ones, but the one I bought is the Schick Intuition Plus (the Pink one). There are different colors that come with different Moisture bars attached, but so far I have only tried the Pink and probably will stick with this one because it is just so good. :thumbup:

When I first used it this morning I was pretty iffy out about not using shaving cream or soap to shave as I normally do...however, with this razor you simply don't need it because of the Moisture Bar at the end. I didn't think that it would do the trick, but it did!! I did not cut or nick myself ONCE....not once!! And there is absolutely ZERO razor burn!

Ok....for all the ladies out there, you really do have to give this razor a try, it is simply awesome! :D

You can add my glowing review to yours. Actually, we've (us girls) used them since they first came out. It's not like shaving at all. It's like smoothing something across your legs and voila! The hair is gone!! They're a little on the pricey side, but I've gotten really good at getting the most out of each cartridge! :D

I just got home from Wallmart and I need a new razor, but will not go back today.
Maybe my husband will go tonight and get me one since tomorrow is my BD and he never knows what to get me.

Oh I am so happy to read that you love them too! :D I am just thrilled with this razor, LOL....and your right, it really ISN'T like shaving - at all! It almost feels like the hair isn't even coming off because when you use it, it is just so SMOOTH and glides right over...but wow, it does an AMAZING job!!

Stupid me though, I thought they were new :rolleyes: Shows how much I know lol! How long have they been out?? :confused:

I might have to try them.

Does anyone know if they work well on other places besides the legs and armpits a lady might be interested in shaving?

Awww, your welcome hun! I needed a new one too and I kept seeing the commercials for them...so I decided to give one a try....and I am so glad I did! :D Diane is right though, they are definitely a little on the pricey side. It was $8 something....maybe close to $9 dollars? But they are SO worth it!! :thumbup:

Happy early B-Day and I hope that your hubby will pick one up for you! He won't mind going and buying a Pink woman's razor, will he? LOL :D :p

Well I am not too sure about that, LOL!!! I haven't gone any further than my legs and under my arms, but maybe someone else will be able to help you out on that one lol!

You really should pick one up though....I swear by them! :D They are just fantastic!

Oh Jenn, I know girl!! :laugh: I have to admit, I felt a little silly posting a review of a RAZOR on a DOG FORUM....but then I said, oh what the heck! There are some fabulous women here and they need to know these things!! lol. Hey, we all love a good razor, don't we??? :D LOL!!

FYI...Target here had them in a gift set on clearance. It was the full razor with 3 or 4 refill cartridges and a carry case as well as a shower caddy for $8.34! I, too, love them. I've changed to another razor now, but (silly me) I can't think of the one I'm using now.

I don't want to say how long they've been out. ;) It's been a while. tee hee

I bought them for a vacation. I thought it would be better than lugging razors AND shaving cream. We fell in love with them! I've actually bought them as gifts, because we often don't want to spend extra on ourselves.

Funny about feeling silly about posting this to YT. That's just one of my favorite things (besides the Yorks of course!!) about YT. Learning new oddball things to try (I.E., I now love OCM for my face, and I know that I want a Dyson Vac and a Shark Steamer!!)!!

About shaving "elsewhere", I don't think it works the best. The shaver is much larger than a regular razor so it's a little tougher for "close work". :D

Well dang....I don't know where I've been, but I just discovered them :p Go figure!! They really are fantastic though and I am so glad that I got one :D This is the only razor I will use from now on! And also...I totally agree with you about YT, lol. Because of this place, I now own a Ped Egg and love it - not to mention, I got everyone I know totally hooked on them :p AND, I have wanted a Shark Steamer for the longest - that will be my next purchase! ;) :thumbup:

I agree! :thumbs_up This is one of the MANY reasons I love YT! I have learned sooo many great things, some things to stay away from, etc.....that has nothing at all to do w/ Yorkies, but have helped me out a lot! YT is like a mega source of reviews, hints and tips and everything Yorkies...rolled up into one great location! :wub: What could be better?! :biggrin:

ok...I guess I will be the only one that doesn't care for it. I bought the green one at walmart because it was cheaper than refilling my other one...can't think of the name (venus maybe?)
I find it more awkward, slippery and it doesnt flow like the other one does...which also has the strips so you don't have to use shaving cream.
I missed spots with this one and .....razor burn.:nursing:

It did smell good though!
