Has anyone heard from Shana? I ordered a dress for Memorial Day about a month ago but haven't recieved it. I emailed her and PMed but noticed she hasn't been on since May 15th. I am worried and hope everything is okay with her. Just wondering if anyone has talked to her?

I have not talked to her...but I am sure she is very busy being that it is during a GE and all. I hope she is ok!!!

Didn't she say she was going out of town for awhile? It could be someone else I'm thinking about though.

Doesnt it usually take a month for shipment anyway? I ordered from her once when it wasnt the holidays or GE and I waited more than a month and then I emailed her via her web address and she responded and I got my shipment in a few days. Try that.

Yes, I emailed that first but didn't get a response so I figured I would ask anyone here. I'm sure she is busy so I will just wait and see. Thanks:animal-pa

I have ordered a few dresses from her and recieved them pretty quickly which is why I was concerned about this one.
Hopefully things are alright and I can still get Lily's dress before Monday! We have a parade and party to attend so I wanted her to look extra cute in her patriotic dress.

I had ordered some of the talking toys and a pair of doggles for the GE buddy. Friday is the deadline to send the box so I was anxious to hear when they would be here. I sent 2 PM's and one email. Finally, I did get an answer. The toys sold out and she had to wait for a new shipment. The new shipment came in on Friday so I should be getting them soon. Today is Wednesday...2 days before the box goes out...and I am still waiting. I ordered them on May 3rd. I was very glad to hear from her and to know that they did get my order.

Busy maybe, I'm pretty sure she will get back to you soon.......I pm'ed her last week before placing my order and she did responded, so I know she is around here ;). I know I can't wait for the new clothing to get here and I just ordered last week , I'll be desperate if I have to wait for a month :D

I called Shana to make sure she is ok i and she wanted me to let you all know she is very busy trying to fill orders. Her assistant is no longer working for her so she is does all orders on her own. Tess has decided to be a handful for her she is not letting her do a lot:( and she is trying to get all orders out. She does usually have a 2-3 week shipping period on all orders it says on her website. she said she will try to log in as soon as she can but she is checking her emails:)

Yeah I emailed her at 3 weeks and she emailed me back right away. She said she was really busy filling orders and that she was sorry for taking the full time. She said she'd have it out soon, oh and that Tess was being a handful..or two. It was last week, so maybe the dress will be here today!!! :)
