When I was in my 30's I could skip one meal and drop 5 lbs! Now it takes me a month. And if I skip a meal, I get a migraine. So the only way to do it now is the healthy way.
A trainer is expensive, but you know, there were a million times when I said to myself "I would pay $10,000 if I could be 30 lbs slimmer". Well, it didn't cost nearly that much for a trainer, and even tho I haven't made it to 30 lbs, it is definitely do-able now. Not that I am fixed on a number at this point. |
