They won a battle
 
This is to let you know , this morning , Diego ( YT member ) and friends won a big battle in court against a Fox Terrier breeder . The man have been found guilty of mistreating them . He wanted to have 2 dogs and 4 bitches to start breeding again . The judge refused to let him dogs , gave him a fine of $3,000.00 , he can't have dogs for a period of 7 years and the judge made him signed a released paper for the dogs he wanted . All the Fox Terriers are in new homes and the little ones will stay there forever .

Bravo for peoples who have the courage to go through and save the little ones in need .

Diego is a man from Canada , precisely from Quebec . It is amazing what he can do for the little ones knowing him is a + for a person . I knew him the last time he went to hospital and believe it or not , he wanted to know what was going on with those little ones . I kept his little ones at my home when he was sick and offered him to take them home when he is not feeling well .

I'll give him your congratulations . Recently , he lost Jade and It was very hard on him . I hope he'll come back to YT .

Thank you Gazou for letting peoples know about the court battle . I couldn't let this man having the dogs back even if he cried that breeding was the only thing he knew in life . I was very glad when he had to sign the released papers .

That's wonderfu;. I live near Albany New York,and they just uncovered a major puppy mill. The place was deplorable. They are in it for the money ,nothing else. They're doing a full investigation. These people need to be taught a lesson. Do the crime...Serve the time!!!:D

The rescue team uncovered another puppymill near Trois Rivières , Quebec . The couple were keeping 82 dogs in their garage . There were Yorkies , Poms , Shih Tzus . Also several bitches had pups with them , in 3 litters , the pups were about 2 - 3 days old .

This is such wonderful news. We ALL need to keep our eyes and ears open for such abuse and jump in and "geter done".

I saw the little ones on tv . They looked so sad and so sick . The vet said some will be euthanazied . The woman was crying and told the reporter she never did something wrong because she truly loved her dogs and it was a mistake from the rescue team to call the police .

The man's lawyer told me that I have been too rude with the poor man . I almost laugh at him .

Are you kidding me! :eek: That is just ridiculous!! :mad: The NERVE of some people! What about those poor dogs and how they were being treated??? I wonder if his lawyer ever stopped and thought about THEM :mad:

We know this lawyer and he is more interested by the $$$$ that his clients give him than the little one . I asked him if he expected me to cry on this poor man's life because I'll never will cry for people like him or others mistreating the little ones .
