Century 21 trying to sell a puppymill??? I just received notification of this real estate company selling a "pet motel" which includes over 70 breeding dogs. Sound like a puppymill? Judge for yourself. "Terrific business opportunity":mad: |

The inside of the Pet Motel doesn't look bad at all to me. BUT, the outside porch and the barn area look very questionable. Oh my gosh, they are including the dogs in the price of buying the place. :2omg: |

Exactly. It's a clean cut "pet motel" operation on the inside and a puppy mill in the barn. And if they cared so much about the animals by being a "pet motel" why are they leaving their dogs? *70 breeding dogs!* This is an obvious puppy mill. You can't sell dogs like this. It's ridiculous! PLEASE everyone contact the listing agent and his office to convince them to drop this sale. |
Atoka, OK is puppy mill central. Please call and email this office--this is not acceptable. I cant imagine that the real estate business is that bad so they are resorting to selling puppy mills and dogs like they are livestock. This is just disgusting! My heart is breaking for these poor dogs. |

I e-mailed the agent and told them I was disgusted at Century 21 for associating with a puppymill and selling dogs as a "great business opportunity". I said they should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe if they get enough e-mails they'll drop it and rethink who they do business with in the future. |

i got skoshi from caddo OK which is right by there. i now know she was a bad breeder. I know her daughter was breeder and lived in atoka OK i wonder if this is her daughters house! |

My family owns 5 Coldwell Banker Real Estate Companies. This listing is owned by the Broker so going after the Agent is pointless. We need to contact the broker. I am going to show this to my Dad and see what he says. Legally you must have certained disclosures stating what the Commercial property is used for if it is zoned Commercial. As a Real estate Company its as easy as calling them tomorrow from Coldwell Banker, saying we have a client interested in that property and ask for disclosures and additional info. I can than see what they are claiming goes on there. This makes me MAD:mad: |
